Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands Holiday Park, Sussex

We had the best time at camber sands park Dean. The caravan is so clean and had everything we needed. My son had a little accident and the team were there straight away to help handle it. All the staff were so lovely and helpful but a special mention to the staff at the pool/ booking office/ activities who were exceptional. They were so patient and helpful and worked with us on all our bookings and changes. Special mention to Laura, Connie and Louis. They were incredibly helpful. Also to the gentleman at the street eats and mark from maintenance. Thank you so much!

After having spent almost 7 days here the service from the lady at the main reception called Emma R was extremely helpful in answering the questions myself and my friend had.
On the high ropes and also Clip and Climb the lady called Laura was very warm, helpful and supportive of our 2 girls when doing these activities. On bungee trampoline a gentleman by the name of Kai was great with the 2 girls and making all 4 of us laugh so much.
These 3 members of staff are a great asset to the Parkdean resorts camber sands team!!!

Great experience especially the ccativities, staff were very welcoming but were against giving refunds but provided alternatives which lived up to the hype. Had great sowwy despite miserable weather. Evening activists were also good

Great for whole family - even the dogs! Right on the beach which also has a nice selection of shops, pubs & a post office. Entertainment & games for the kids along with an addictive arcade & 1 for the adults! Swimming pool

I love going to parkdean in Camber Sands. I was very welcomed by all the staff at the holiday park. At the Reception EMMA.R Was very Helpful to me i definitely be coming back Soon ❤

We had a lovely time at Parkdean Resorts Camber Sands. The chalet was lovely, the staff was amazing and they offer lots of activities to the children.

A special thank you to Joseph (from the High Ropes activity), the waitresses from the Boat House (Ellie and Shaine) and the guys from the Sussex Security Services Ltd. We will be definitely coming back.

Really great place to spend time with the kids, loads of activities to keep them happy , great food and drink the service is really cool.
Lots of entertainment, this place is amazing will definitely return awesome location too. Can't say much more .

Our first time here our caravan is situated at the back of the park site we look out to fields very quiet great view and amazing sunset

We booked to stay for a week at parkdean camber sands with our two toddlers. The whole experience from the moment of checking in we’ve had such a positive experience. In particular, Emma who runs the reception area went above and beyond to exceed our expectations and ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. Emma has been exceptionally helpful and we couldn’t recommended parkdean camber sands enough. Thank you Emma and all of the team.

Excellent place to stay it's just the entertainment that lacks really to much of the same acts other then that a really nice place to stay plus the beach is across the street so it's an ideal location has an onsite shop and arcades inside the entertainment complex 👍

It was a wonderful and beautiful trip. I had a great rest and the caravan we rented was very excellent and had all the amenities. I recommend it.

Park was a great stay, view was nice and rob from the security team was a great stay and helped me find a laptop I left here quite some time ago (thanks rob)

I came and stayed with my mum for the weekend and we had such an amazing time we ended up extending our stay. Staff were fabulous and our chalet was clean and cosy. Will always be coming back x

Need more staff on all bars 40 minute queue on a Saturday night is unacceptable you know roughly how many people are on site. Twice as many security staff to bar staff, people probably wouldn't try and bring in own booze if they could get a drink from the bar in a reasonable time. Staff worked hard, they just needed a few more of them. Breakfast was excellent, hot and delicious delivered quickly ( had 2 mega and 2 normal without any adjustments) Good value for money if buying 2.

The caravan was very clean, the complex was great and easy to navigate.
The whole experience was amazing.

Stayed for a week. Amazing for a fun holiday with the kids with plenty to do on site. I do, however, recommend doing shopping elsewhere or ordering tesco delivery as the shop at the park is expensive. The service was not giving. Male staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, the women at the arcade were all miserable, with no smile and felt whenever you asked them for help they would just look even more miserable. All ladies at the reception are absolutely amazing, helpful, and welcoming and perhaps should give some training to the arcade women. Overall great getaway

Just got back from a girls weekend here. Clean caravan, lots to do, great staff, great for a cheap weekend away

Perfect holiday park for children of mixed ages. Mine range from 5-14 and felt they were all well catered for. Something for everyone. Clean and well maintained park. Fantastic security which seemed a bit much considering lots of families but seeing as I was on my own with 4 children, this provided lots of comfort and felt exceptionally safe on site. Swimming pool, clean, large, never rammed and open until 7.30 at night. Lots of lifeguards too. Got a table easily in the entertainment venue and fantastic entertainment package all evening. Camber sands beach is literally outside the camp which is beautiful. Wonderfully dog friendly too.

Only downsides-activities that required pre-booking got booked up very quickly which meant we missed out on some things but I know for next time. Activities available, bar and shop seemed expensive, particularly the merchandise shop-verging on extortion, £15 for a cuddly with 5 to collect-a bit greedy!! I expect a premium on site but the reality was much more although haven't been to a holiday camp for a while so it may well be in line with other parks. Was still worth it though as we all had a lovely time.

I was only visiting for the day on this occasion but have stayed for longer vacations in the past.
The children 12/14 enjoyed the arcade and felt safe walking around exploring.
The caravan was clean and comfortable. The seagulls were very pushy and attacked anything food related left outside for more than a minute.. totally English experience 😁
