Acorns Campsite

As always we adore this campsite. Designed for the comfort and privacy of the camper, not maximum profit, you get a generous plot to call your own so no neighbours are camped right next to you. Toilet and showers kept immaculate. Albert always on hand in case of emergencies (our airbed exploded!). Both tents and campervans welcome. About a mile walk to Angmerring where there are resteraunts, cafes, pubs and shops and an indian take away that delivers to the site. Deer, rabbits and other wildlife often seen on site. Lovely little wood to walk around and try to spot deer although to be fair they often come walking round the tents! Thankyou Albert, we had a great time despite it raining every day!

Clean spacious, lovely couple who run it, helpful, kind and considerate, keep the toilets a d shower block immaculate. There is a lot of noise from A27 but we bought some earplugs that helped. The wildlife is lovely to see, rabbits, deer, birds, bugs and the trees help with shade.

Wonderful small camping (max 8 and large pitches) and a very friendly couple that ownes the site. Facilities are perfect and very clean. An English library is available. During our stay the weather was typical English so just two pitches occupied.
The entrance is not very good visible from the road if approached from the village side.
Although 4G internet is well covered it would be nice to have wifi. Around the campground you can take a walk for a biological course. Textual info about specific trees and plant on
Funny to hear from them they often have Dutch visitors.

Lovely little campsite, close to the edge of the South Downs National Park. Immaculate toilet facilities!

Nice place! Super sanitaire voorzieningen.

Nice quite campsite. Clean. Bit of a walk to train station. Buses are available locally. We had a great visit this summer, local pubs have great food. Taxi to Arundel is not to expensive as we learnt after the trains let us down on the Sunday. Would definitely stay again. Nice base.
