Really lovely cafe and shop run by volunteers. Very help and friendly staff, great coffee and wonderful cake. A lovely place to stop on our ride.

What a gem ! Excellent range of fresh fruit and veg. Great range of items in a village shop. Post office facility was available with a very friendly face. Coffee shop with delicious cakes and snacks was fabulous. Very warm welcome throughout and highly recommended for a drive out.

We popped in today and had a teacake and tea. Then this afternoon we went and sandwiches which were made by Sharon, lovely lady, the service was excellent. Well worth a visit and all run by the local community too..👍

This is a very good community shop with cafe and post office. Well run and some great homemade cakes.

Cafe is now partially run by Volunteers who are extremely welcoming. Wonderful homemade cakes and sandwiches all made on the premises and all sold at a very reasonable price.

Recently popped in for coffee and cake and it was a lovely experience. Everyone very friendly and relaxed and the place was spotless. Thoroughly recommended.

We called in today Sunday 26th at 11.35. for 3 latte's only to be told that the cafe closes at 11.30. and the shop at 12.00. We very much like to support local cummunity shops/cafe's so could you please update your opening/closing times, it's very misleading on your website. We would like to say that all the staff are always helpful but we felt let down today for the sake of 5 minutes.

Very enjoyable, polite and friendly staff.
However I do feel £1.20 for a slice of toast or £1.60 for a tea to be excessively over priced, especially when a instant coffee is £1.20. My tuna mayo sandwich which was very nice was definitely NOT worth £4.20.....

Personally I think they would get more people using the cafe if they had cafe prices and not Costa or Starbucks prices.

But as I said a lovely place with lovely people. Unfortunately I won’t be returning!
