Fantastic staff who are always willing to go that little extra to help out. Great place to get all of your DIY and professional tools and equipment. Highly recommended.

All staff are very lovely and helpful people who work really well and efficiently. The management team are amazing! Even when they’re understaffed they do such a great job. was really helpful telling me what screws and wall plugs I need for my shelf today for a good price too :)

This is really a shout to a member of staff who does Toolstation proud, I’m pretty sure her name is Carole but I could be wrong. She is fast and efficient, and today whilst already serving a customer, she remembered both myself and a customer before me by face/name to serve us both our click and collect orders in amidst the morning chaos.... cracking service!

In the height of the Covid.19 pandemic, we have used the click and collect service. I cannot fault anything, as this branch delivers it all. They are pleasant, polite and after ordering we receive a message usually with 10 mins. to collect.The prices are fair, and ordering very straight forward.Well done to all.

The staff at Toolstation are well organised and efficient. Every time I’ve been in, they have most things in stock and it’s clean and feels safe!

The customer service is great and everyone is friendly and helpful! Victoria in particularly who went above and beyond to help me with click and collect purchasing, and rang me to keep me in the know with the status of my order!!

The service is the fastest and most accurate of all it’s competitors even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic in full force. I have been able to order and collect everything I needed and most orders are sorted and ready for collection in minutes!!
I have used other like minded businesses too and have to wait up to three days for the same services!!

Lovely local staff, very rude national management, empty stores during the Covid, no helpline, selling only essential items regarded by managers, and very poor management, this is typical management of Travis Perkins

Never been a very handy person but when I went in they explained exactly what I needed and how to do it. Great service, quick and safe for collection. 👍

I have got to say that during this pandemic when everything has been difficult to get hold of and a lot of suppliers have restricted stock, Toolstation has emerged as my go-to choice, The click and collect is far better than it used to be and the prices are as competitive as anywhere else. I'll be using them much more in future.

Toolstation in Crawley has a very well set up system in this unfortunately tough time

Ordering online is quick and easy for store pick up and you feel very safe in the way the service is delivered

Well situated and a fair few parking spaces. Always get served within about 5 minutes in here and is much quicker than Screwfix. Normally cheaper too.
