Very nice shop. Staff excellent. Useful for John Lewis orders. Google is wrong about opening hours 8.00am not 7.00. Manager says they have asked them to alter umpteen times.

Great supermarket. Excellent quality and the staff are lovely. Please change the opening times online though as when I did a search it shows an opening time of 7am but when I arrived at the store I found it was 8am.

Always uncrowded. Very friendly helpful staff. Might be a little bit more expensive but you get a much better shopping experience. Also the products are of a good quality & high standard. I love the place.

I visited Waitrose, Bromsgrove today (13th March 2021) to purchase gifts for Mothers day.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a dedicated counter where the flowers I'd just purchased could be wrapped up at no further cost.

I would personally like to thank Karen for wrapping my flowers and for being so friendly, thoughtful and professional.

What a great service, and very much appreciated too.

Exceptional customer service from Donna at Waitrose Bromsgrove today! Called today to see if they could fulfill a glass hire order... Today! Tall order but Donna went out of her way to do everything to help! As it turned out, we didn't need it but Donna did enough to make sure I would definitely go to Waitrose first next time! Thank you

nice local store, cafe is open again now, and reasonable for a decent cup of coffee can also collect john lewis online orders free ofcharge - staff always seem very busy but always polite and good food selection - everything you would expect from waitrose.

Went to Waitrose Bromsgrove today for the first time, a very pleasurable experience, didn't have change for trolley no problem a gentleman on customer services desk came and unlocked one, the store was clean, very well stocked. All the staff I had contact with were very helpful and a happy bunch. Well done Waitrose Bromsgrove, I'll certainly be stopping off again when driving home to Brum 👍😃

Helpful staff, lovely, clean, well lit store. The cafe staff are fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, I will be returning as this cafe is far superior to any on the high street!

Small but well stocked. I wish Waitrose online would allow you to order groceries to store but they only allow collection from Droitwich.
