Did a click and collect for a complete set of brake discs and pads for our Skoda Yeti. All available from stock at a fair price. Counter staff on collection was a super polite, efficient, helpful guy who wheeled the parts out to my car and threw in a can of brake cleaner. Parts all fitted with no issues today - very happy

Great customer service, was walking home after collecting bulbs for my car and the lady at the front desk who got my order(didn't grab her name) offered to go out of her way and drop them to me just incase they got damaged on my way home decided to take the chance anyway thanks!

Usrd their website to order some new fog lights for my focus found website easy to use was email that they would be in the following day later that day i had another email saying i collect them anytime sfter 10,am went down was greeted by a pleasant assistant checked email order no, then fetched them for me ihave used them .before and always found the assistants knowledgeable and polite

Excellent service and they did their best to help me with an emergency I had to find the part I wanted even on the end of the day hours and they even returned a call I had made after hours to check why I had called them and if I needed anything.

I recently purchased items to service my car which I had reserved online. This is the first time I had used this store but found it with the help of Google maps. When entering the store I was greeted by a pleasant sales assistant who fetched my order. The order was correct and the transaction went through. I did notice that when I was at the counter was that there were other branded oils which were on offer which were not online.

They are very covid safe, the staff are polite and friendly making collecting items easy and safe. Yes there was a slight queue but the sun was shining it gave time to speak with others whilst waiting.

We study the market and buy lots from them. Can't say more. Delivery is good. (But you can wait a long time in store)
