I visited this store following Carmarthen store being unable to cut a carpet for me (this was due to no fault of their own, and I understand these things happen). I was served by Andrew, and other team members chipped in. It was a stress free service, I felt completely at ease and was treated with the upmost respect.

I generally hate going into shops as I find people can be very pushy, Andrew was brilliant and helped me with the additional bits I would need that I had not even thought of.

I will definitely travel the extra to visit the Swansea store for purchases in the future.

He has always provided excellent advice and would completely trust his recommendations. Takes on board individual requirements and budgets. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience at the Carpet Right shop in Swansea thanks to the manager Jason. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and made the experience so much easier. We initially went in to browse laminate flooring, but because of Jason’s excellent customer service we decided to proceed with our purchase and we also added on carpet for the bedrooms, something that we had not initially intended to purchase. He promptly organised the measure up of our house and organised the quote within days - so far the process has been seamless. Thanks for all your help and we are looking forward to the installation!
