Super duper helpful and knowledgeable staff! Took my cocker spaniel in to be fitted for a perfect fit harness, found a combination to fit perfectly but didn’t have the colour I wanted, ordered it and was in within the week. Always have tasty treats for my fussy dog!

Everything for your dog, cat, and wild bird feed, too. Friendly staff to assist when sizing up your pooch for a lead harness, ensuring a correct fit. An assortment of chew sticks, especially the dog self selection. At least when your pouch chooses one, you have the right one, lol. Just s great local pet shop with fantastic staff. A huge recommendation and our thanks to the staff always happy to help and spare a small treat for your pooch too!

Went to this amazing pet shop today in Ferring such helpful staff they couldn't be more accommodating I've got a very old cat and she has a dietary food and I was recommended a different food and Tams in Absolutely is over the moon with it the young lady who looked after he Pippa she couldn't be any more helpful I'd highly recommend anyone to go there such amazing pet shop in such amazing friendly staff thank you for all your help

Went in to get our wiggly sprocker a Perfect Fit harness - super helpful staff who spent as much time as was needed to get the harness fitting just right, and providing the obligatory belly rubs too!

Superb Pet Shop, excellent range of foods, treats and accessories. The staff are always happy to help and are most friendly and very pleasant. Emma and the other staff always look after me when I visit every week. Harry the dog is always very happy after my visit :-)

A precious friend told me about Brown's because he has watched me struggle to solve the problems I've had with my Cockerpoo's skin.
