Even after they moved and during the supply issues, staff here have always worked tirelessly to ensure excellent service. Store is accessible and well laid out.

Friendly staff, better choice and self serve tills

I love this store and couldn't wait for it to open!
Perfectly located and a fabulous upgrade from the previous one just along the road.
With a modern and bigger layout the choice is far better, plenty of offers and favourite brands.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The huge car park at the back is great.
The only downfall are the idiots who park on the front footpath or side entrance, because they're too lazy to drive 5 feet more to the back.
Sometimes it can be very busy on the tills, the papers run out and the bread always looks like there's never a delivery!!

This is a new shop that has a wide selection of products. you could probably do your weekly shop here if needed. There is free parking and a Costa machine. It is great for quickly getting a few essentials.

Got what we needed quickly no queueing.

This is a small co op, and feels a little cramped. It was quiet when I was in there but had there been more people I wouldn't have felt comfortable. They do have self serve tills which is a bonus and the car park is adequate.

One person on till but there are 2 self check out tills.

Placed an order for a Valentine's Day Meal Deal only to be subsequently informed that 3 out of the 5 items ordered are unavailable, with no suitable alternatives on offer. Not at all Impressed!
Otherwise this is a nice new shop staffed by decidedly pleasant individuals.

Popped in tonight to get something for dinner. Who ever the young tall lad is with a major attitude problem is needs a lot of training in customer service. Walked up to the till without a simple hello scanned the two items and said wanna bag. The Manager or area Manager needs to get involved as I had to resist saying something about his disgusting attitude towards his customers. This was at around 7 pm.

Over priced compaired to aldi and tesco very poor service having to wait no one at till to busy stacking shelves or picking for on line buying which can be annoying. When i asked them about the waiting they just said we have other thing's to do which i find very disrespectful, "very sad". Poor managment!!

Can be 4 staff stacking shelves, 1.on the till and 8.people in the queue. This isn't unique. It's feels like the customer is in the way of stacking. Also, what happened to the happy people who used to work here before the move. It now seems to be staffed by lifeless automotons. There might be more goods on the shelves here, but this isn't an upgrade.

I don't particularly like being shown im being filmed and a big I pad showing me. What the hell is the idea of that. At least if I'm paying im not walking out stealing. I won't be back co op
