An excellent bike shop/repair centre ran by a lovely couple who genuinely care for their clients.

I've been a customer of Worcester Cycle Centre for over a decade. I've bought bikes, have regular services on my bikes, and had repairs done - I've always received top notch customer service and advice from Erika and Stuart.

Not only that, if they can, Erika and Stuart will go beyond call of duty. For example, early on Christmas Eve morning (just a few days ago at time of writing) I had a puncture while out on a 30k bike ride. It wasn't possible to repair at the time. I needed my bike fixed fast for my next ride, Stuart kindly offered to do it there and then in the shop despite having a heavy workshop schedule.

Those kind of gestures are rare these days, and prompt loyalty in folks like me.

I can only speak from twelve years of experience and say you can't go wrong with Worcester Cycle Centre - and their new premises in Hallow, with more room and car parking on site, is a colossal improvement on their previous premises in the city centre.

Great local bike shop. Even more selection on offer now in the new location. I’ve been buying bikes and parts from them for about 20 years. We were looking for a specific bike for my daughter. Stu replied out of office hours to discuss our requirements. Bike collected within 24 hours. Exactly what we wanted.

Very last minute derailleur service, I knew they are busy but on the off chance they could squeeze this in. Thankfully I called and was told to drop it in and they could take a look, needed to leave as en route to funeral. Dropped the bike off in the am, picked up pm and new cable fixed the issue. Many many thanks for this excellent service.

Didn't have the right tools to fit the crown race to my forks, popped in and asked if they could do this for me. Staff were extremely helpful and fitted it for me.

Will definitely be going back to get my bike serviced here in the future.

Quality bike service and repairs. I took my bike in and the guy who who services the bikes was brilliant. He kept me informed up to date and now my bikes ride like new. Both bikes were in need of major repairs and not having the tools or experience I decided to get them repaired and now am back out riding. Thankyou guys.

I called in to see if this company could help me with an issue with my mobility scooter. What brilliant service, given that my problem was not cycle related.
They spent about 40 minutes of their time solving my problem and didn't charge. Brilliant

Knowing most cycle shops are very busy at the moment I was expecting difficulties finding someone to true my favourite wheels in a reasonable time frame.
Worcester cycle centre came highly recommended so I decided to contact these guys and I had decided that realistically my expectations were high as far as time frames were concerned. As far as technical ability was concerned I was told that the cycle mechanic was probably second to none so I had no such concerns there.
So I contacted I was told they were very busy up towards the end of the month (just over a week or so) but as an offer of good gesture I was welcome to drop the wheels off and leave until they were fixed which could be end of the week depending on when they could get on them. I agreed and thought that this was very fair of the guys. So I expected a call later in the week. Not the case, the call came the same afternoon they had turned them around in as little as two hours or so.( excuse the pun turn them around 😊).
Enough said bought home and fitted and they are absolutely perfect a top job at a very respectible cost.

Worcester Cycle Centre, now located on the Main Street of Hallow, is well placed with good car parking and a substantial showroom, backed up by a workshop. I was glad to be able to part exchange my old electric bike, which was too big for me, for a much safer new one, which fits me well. There is a good stock of bikes for different ages and interests and a small selection of e-bikes. I found the staff knowledgeable and helpful but not in the least pushy.

Went into the relocated shop this afternoon, with a dropper post problem, Andy phoned within couple of hours explaining the problem, then offered to lend me a static post until I can get a replacement sorted. Brilliant service.

These guys rectified some niggling faults I had with my internet purchased bike. They also carried out a warranty repair for me and serviced the bike to an excellent standard. After trying another local bike shop and a mobile bike mechanic to no success, Worcester cycle centre delivered the service I required and have allowed to me enjoy owning my bike again.

Don't take shortcuts or try and save money, go to the guys who know what they are doing, in the long run it will save you time and money. Don't buy a bike off the internet either, use your localbike shop.

Called in today intending to urgently replace my combination cycle lock that had become unlockable as combination was scramble. I could have purchased a replacement for £20 but the assistant kindly corrected my scrambled combo. on my original lock. Saved me £20 and lost him a sale, but that good customer service will definitely see me return

I had a warranty issue with my bike frame - purchased some years ago. The staff worked really hard to sort the problem out with the manufacturer. Great service - fully resolved. Proof that that they will look after you years after buying the bike. Many thanks WCC - 10 out of 10 - or in this case 5 stars out of 5!!.

Great cycle shop. They ordered and fitted a new XT 11 speed drivetrain to my bike. Staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Work done quickly and to a great standard.
