Absolutely amazing service from Dave and Amelia today! Thank you so much They have gone above and beyond to make our son’s birthday absolutely perfect! We arrived with no sense of bike buying protocols and were immensely fortunate they not only had the bike in stock but agreed to arrive to work early on Sunday morning to build and safety check the bike for collection at 1pm to guarantee the birthday boy received the bike on Monday morning. Thank you so much! Amazing service. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🥳🥳

Excellent service. Great response from the person I saw at the desk, he was about to fit wiper blades for a previous customer and came straight back into store and checked the spec. of the blades I requested. We went out to fit them. He showed me how they fitted into the arms (not obvious) and completed the job really quickly.

Ordered bike online gift for young relative. Delivered toand built in Worcester store as arranged. On collection I realised I had made a mistake (bike too small). Customer service rep Ben 2, was exceptionally helpful, quickly established there was an alternative available did the paperwork and prepared the bike ready for collection 2 hours later. Outstanding.

Great service today regarding my power issues with the 2 Dash Cams I bought from the store.

I'm rarely compelled to leave reviews but on this occasion it felt necessary. Having tried three two local places and a national one, who aren't that Kwik after all, I braved the Worcester saturday traffic up to Halfords. I was met with a very helpful receptionist and ordered break and indicator bulbs. Within minutes there three helpful guys at my van. Bulbs fitted in no time with a free vehicle check. Excellent service from the efficient and friendly Rick, Arron and Dave ;)

Had Sam as my member of staff, was excellent with advice given and made strong suggestions to get me the correct kit, much needed to go with my purchase. His bike knowledge was excellent.

Ben And Sam of the worcester branch blackpole Elgar trading estate went above and beyond polite helpful .lost my charger for my bike bag stolen they got found me a new on Monday even though.they were none to have on the Friday anywhere . Pay rise I think

An excellent experience at Halfords Worcester thanks to the polite, prompt, knowledgeable assistance of Dave and Harry. Nothing was too much trouble and a headlight bulb in a very tricky position by the battery was dealt with quickly. Many thanks.

Great service, and expert fitting of a dashcam to my PHEV (which the dealer had previously done very badly). Note not all Halfords will fit to EVs or hybrids.

The free bike check is brilliant and the man fixing the bikes is very good at what he does top man

We had a very good experience at Worcester Blackpole branch with my bike ready to go in a few minutes. Advice was great and love my new electric bike too. Very happy.

Had a head unit fitted by Rich who was excellent and was extremely helpful with all the details. When booking the initial assessment session the booking system was down. I spoke to someone at the central call centre number and had a little trouble with their accent and my duff hearing, but they were very polite and happy to repeat things, and they said that they would book me a session manually if I ordered the unit upfront. When I arrived for my appointment the unit was ready and waiting, all aspects from booking the assessment, having the assement done, to getting the unit fitted by Rich with all features that involved compatibility with the vehicles controls fully working, went smoothly. Very pleased with the service from Halfords on this occasion.

Ordered online after trying a motorcycle helmet in shop to get the sizing right.
The item arrived four days early which was a bonus and we popped to get it. It was quick and easy and just what we ordered.

I ordered a wrong bike to have some additional add ons fitted. They shown me exactly why it might put my little boy in danger if fitted and looked at alternatives with me. We came up with a great package and my son will be absolutely buzzing ☺

fantastic, easy to sort on web & the lad who fitted the Battery was brilliant especially as he was not to well, full of cold but sorted it out & its one of those batteries that is in the most awkward place on this car, but he did it so well, he is a credit to Halfords.

Absolutely fantastic and pleasant service in Halfords Blackpole retail park from Kai.
Kai checked my 8yr old car battery which had died on me the previous evening and found it needed a new one.
Fitted a new battery and did a free car check ,which also assured me that my tyres were still good as well as nothing
else showing up
Asked Kai about torches , took the time to show me what suitable stock was on the shelves , and happy with the torch I then purchased as well.
A fantastic service and will definitely go there again in the future.
