Purchased a Samsung Q700a soundbar from these guys, it was £250 cheaper than elsewhere and the service was superb, there was a 1 day delay in delivery but Mick let me know & explained why, the product arrived as expected & I am super happy with the item & the service, well done .

Better than CEX. Quick to answer phone, high quality customer service. High quality refurbished items. Ordered a tablet, part of it was faulty, but they replaced immediately as the issue was brought up to them. I've bought 2 items from them as of now. Will buy more in the future.

I bought a refurbished (pristine)black 128gb Samsung S5e tablet from them, and unfortunately there was a mixup and they only had the 64gb version in stock. They called me the day after I ordered and asked if I would be happy with a silver 128 instead. Great customer service and great products too. Also saved loads of money by getting a refurbished device that looks and performs as if it were new

Bought a phone. was very sceptical that the price was so low, 15-20% lower than i was finding elsewhere. bought it listed as "very good condition". phone looked brand new i tried to find blemishes, to no avail , was delivered a day early. even if i was forced to criticise in any way i would have nothing bad to say.

I purchased a Samsung DP700A3D-S01UK PC from District Electricals.
Before buying it I contacted them with a query about the PC and they were very helpful.
I placed my order and the item was delivered with in 3 days ( I arranged to have the item delivered to a different address as I would not be at home on the day of delivery). We were contacted on the day of delivery with a 1 hour time slot.
The item was exactly as described, and I am very pleased with the product.
I contacted the company the day after I received it with a query about the PC and I was greeted with a very helpful response.
All round I was very pleased with the service I received from District Electricals and would definitely recommend them and I will use them again in the future.

I dealt with a chap called Mike. Incredibly helpful and professional. He didn't have the technical information on hand, but promised to find out and get back to me within the hour.
True to his word, he was back on the phone 30 minutes to me with all the details needed so that I could make my purchase.

I actually had to spend some time checking Google Streetview and other review sites when I saw the price as I thought perhaps I was being scammed. But no, completely genuine, lovely product in immaculate condition, even with a full battery charge, and very fast very cheap delivery even during lockdown. I don't know if these guys are the best kept secret on the web or what, but my pristeen Galaxy Tab S6 was £80-£100 cheaper than I could find anywhere else including Amazon and eBay. Thanks team, this customer will be back!

Bought: Samsung Galaxy S2 9.7 32Gb Tablet graded A1

Wasn't sure about ordering a graded product, but took a punt based on the explanation that the product is perfectly fine. It arrived within a couple of days having had emails at every step explaining where the parcel was and when it would be delieverd.

There were a couple of scuff marks on the box, but the product is immaculate - can't find a mark on it and it seems to work perfectly .....and at least £60 cheaper than buying new!

Can't fault the experience and would have no problem recommeding.

Great service. I had an issue with a duplicate order (my fault, not theirs) after emailing them, within a few hours this was resolved and a refund was on its way back to me. Couldn't have been easier. The test of a company is how issues are resolved, and they did not disappoint. I wil be using them again.

What a joy to have dealings with a firm giving 'phone number, e-mail and postal address for a change! Our first order went smoothly with delivery as promised. Purchased a fantastic 65 inch LG TV from DE. I couldn't believe the price difference between the major retailers and DE. A very rapid and efficient experience. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very helpful. I was after a particular model of TV, one of the previous year's models which were pretty much sold out all over the UK. Mike managed to find one for me. Worth the trip down from Scotland.

Great products and excellent service. The measure of a company is not how well they perform when taking your money but how well they do if things don't go exactly according to plan. District Electricals go the extra mile, and a bit further after that.

Other companies could learn from their customer service. Good people. Even after received a faulty product, was returned and replaced within a day or two. Postage refunded and payment refunded.
A good exerience never the less.

Was a bit doubious at first, but phone arrived tracked and in pristine condition and on time. Would not hesitate from ordering again.
