Incredibly rude & unhelpful female staff member in the post office. When collecting a parcel I was greeted with "what makes you think the parcel is here?". She then failed to find my parcel on several occasions, eventually finding it 5 days after it was actually delivered. Numerous unnecessary trips outdoors during a pandemic. Useless.
