Awful customer service. Spoke to Nergus, was very rude when I came to return a piece of clothing which was too big. If you can’t deal with simple task of exchanging clothes, don’t run a shop, need to learn manners first.

Won’t be coming to this shop again.

Very poor costumer service. Would not advise you to purchase anything from this store as they have no respect for there costumer. She's very rude and will not give you a refund even though I went back 5 minutes later, there clothing is very cheap material.
