Excellent service from Tom and the team from start to finish. Chris was really informative when it came to choosing colours, designs etc. Measured and fitted sooner than anticipated. Great finish to the kitchen.

We ordered a splashback for our kitchen and all the people we dealt with were very helpful. From ordering, having the kitchen measured, and to the final fitting, we always knew when everything was happening and what the cost was. The fitting wasn't easy around a lot of power sockets, but everything was measured well. We were very happy with what they did for us

Just had splash of glass to fit my splash back and I couldn’t be more happier. I am so pleased with the results.
It was quick to fit and I am blown away with how wonderful it looks

No problem with the Splashback or the fitting. It took longer to get the glass manufactured than we were told.

Im updating this from a 1 star to 3 so far. Have had to do a lot of chasing since last Wednesday but eventually placed the order for the splashback. Apparently it takes 14 working days to when its fitted so will update this score again with pictures when all finished fingers crossed.
It's now been 13 working days since the whole payment was taken. I was told it would be installed within 14 working days. I have emailed Tom and left a voicemail this evening. Let's see what the response is going to be ...

Do not go anywhere near this Company. The most unprofessional service I have ever come across. Do not be fooled to thinking you can choose pretty much any colour you like, as you can see once your chosen colour has been put on glass it will look nothing like the colour you have chosen. Yes indeed it does state this on the order form, but it should also be made aware that it will look totally different. My gorgeous yellow is a mucky green. Their cutting is also not that great, look at the large gap around the boiler. We tried many many times to make our disappointment heard but they are simply not interested, terrible service from start to finish. Thought they were reasonably priced compared to dearer manufacturer's but now wish we had spent the extra as this looks simply awful. If you read other reviews you will see we are not the first, cowboys.

I ordered a piece of glass to go over the cooker. I asked for Laura Ashley Sable because I wanted to match it to the kitchen wall. The fitters came in with glue on the glass and stuck it on within 10 seconds not letting me to check the colour. The colour appeared grey instead of beige - see picture. I asked for a part refund or exchange but was offered discount on a replacement because Splash of Glass 'warned me' in their invoice that "the colour will be distorted by the natural property's of glass especially in light colours." Mark Pickard who handled my order at no point advised me of this as expected with good customer service. They executed the order but with very poor customer advice and care as glass specialists should have. Would not trust them to proactively advise me how their product appears in real life again.

Absolutely shocking customer service, do not use this company - bunch of cowboys!!!! Should have known when the original quote doubled. Paid for them to complete the survey for the glass, it was a large area and I wanted it done right. Ordered the glass in 15/11 told it would be 10 working days - finally turned up on 15/12 - after i spent time to contact and chase the order. 2 fitters turned up , managed to fit the smaller pieces but then they had to admit that they had mucked up the sizing and the main cooker piece was too small, they then tackled the piece behind the sink, but they had mucked up that measurement too and told me that my new sink would need to be taken out of the work surface to enable them to fit it!! They said they would refit it when the cooker piece was installed and that my builder would have to be on site to do it. Once they had gone I noticed that they had scratched my gloss cupboards when trying to make the sink area fit (my kitchen was less than a month old - they couldn't of cared less) Company closed over christmas, promised my glass would be the first job of the new year but I still had to wait until 19/1 before it came. They were rude to my builder who was trying desperately to help them and find different solutions for the sink are but they were adamant that the sink needed removing - so glad my builder was here and found an alternative less destructive way to fit the glass.

To top it all they kept my bank details on file and accessed the final balance without my knowledge or authorisation - I have asked them for a final invoice/bill saying it is paid in full but now they wont answer my emails. I have now had to cancel my bank card as I have no idea who they will pass this personal information on to.

They have got 1 star because the colour of the splash back was perfect.

Don't trust the splashofglass.co.uk

I got a quote from splashofglass.co.uk and initially they offered me 5 year guarantee and I went ahead and paid the money for the survey and template. After the survey they started changing that they only give 12 months guarantee. I asked him either to refund my money or give 5 years guarantee. All the other companies do 10 year guarantee. He replied he won't refund the money. So please don't go with them as they are fraud.

Splash of glass iver advertise bespoke yet I have gaps in several places of my kitchen.
I have spoken to them and have been told, there will be no more action taking them, thus leaving me with gaps.
I would not recommend this company in any way shape or form.
Customer care/support is none existent.
To Add insult to injury they have used my kitchen photos on there Facebook page.
Carefully hiding the gaps.

Extremely unreliable and ignorant company. I've been waiting for delivery almost a month rather than week indicated before I paid (order placed on 11th Feb, delivered on 5th March). Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Really bad experience. No communication at all. Rude installer apparently the owner of the company, no regard for my house, just chucked the glass on, colour looks off, cracks in paint on edges, damaged my kitchen cupboard. Worst customer service. Don’t use this company

Promised to come and repair the faulty panel they installed and now not answering any calls left me at a loss
