The staff is always super friendly and they go out of they to help you! Brilliant Post Office.

I can't believe the previous comment about the staff here. I have been in when customers have been abusive (I go a few times a week as an ebay record seller), and have even seen staff leave over it, but I never get the sense that they are anything less than as helpful as can be and even stay open past time to deal with queues sometimes. I find all the staff pleasant, even the woman who has been there just weeks who must be on a steep learning curve. If you think you know better than the new staff members, use the self serve. I just go to whichever side is going to be fastest. Since London Road closed, I'm glad I have an option within 15 minutes walk.

Always a long queue for the desks but the automated machines are often free and the staff are always helpful. Also - please don’t close.

Great Post office

Quick and easy

Unfair comments about staff, they are always pleasant and helpful. The biggest issue is the lack of staff available at any one time. Several times I have been and only 1 post office worker available who has to also control the self service machines (but still pleasant )

Minus not many staff when I visit the staff are helpful when you reach the counter

Longish queue but that did move quite quickly. The self serve tills were all out of order except one but that only took cash.
If you smile and give the staff a break, they’re absolutely lovely, very helpful and engaging.

My experience using this post office has been very mixed. The staff who monitor the self service delivery machines always seen very helpful and professional. But if I've used the booths the staff seem very rushed and stressed and it really comes across as rude and annoying at times, I haven't experienced alot myself but I've been in many of ques in the past and witnessed other customers being spoken too like dirt and quite rude at times. For example this guy had finished what he had done for the day, and went back to the counter and said to the lady what time do you open in morning and the woman said can't you see I'm serving this lady? I know but all I want is to know the time of the openings tomorrow, and she made him wait 2 mins or so just to say "9am" could of just said that first time around? People in que were laughing at the fact she made him wait for that one word answer. He was fuming when he walked out

Self service has improved the wait time, but rather a small post office for a main city branch.

The staff are rude and ignore customers. When they do acknowledge you, it seems like you're wasting their time.
The self-serve tills are a blessing when they're on as it doesn't feel like you're annoying ahone by sending 2 parcels.
