St Johns Post Office

My favourite post office to use. All of the staff are knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. You can do so much more than post a parcel. To name a few services, you can withdraw cash, pay bills and even electronically update your passport or drivers license. There is also a great shop within, which I use for cards, personalised gifts and stationary. Today i was able to make a personalised gift quickly and easy with the help of Ann. Thank you St John's post office.

I went in for my passport renewal last week. A gentleman assisted me. He was super quick and very friendly. They are able to process renewals with a Digital Check and Send service. No forms, no fuss. Everything took around 10 mins to complete. Excellent customer service & Very professional!

I'm writing this about a year after my last visit with my daughter to arrange her new passport. The service was not only professional but very friendly. Whilst there I noticed an elederly lady dealing with one of the female counter staff in such a caring way. The customer was struggling to understand a letter she had which was telling her to download documents from the internet, complete them and send them off. The staff member offered to do it all for her which I found heartwarming.

Visited last week to get my passport renewed. They're able to process renewals with a Digital Check and Send service. No forms, no fuss, just sit in the booth and the lovely post-master takes care of everything. Received new passport SIX days later, without any premium service, etc. Was already impressed by my experience instore, all desks were open and staff seemed professional and friendly, busy place but handling things brilliantly. St.John's is lucky to have such a great post-office in the neighbourhood, I shall be bypassing all others and crossing over the river again!

I been to loads of Post office over my life. This is the best ever Post Office out there. They are very helpful in every way. excellent staff and excellent Customer service

Best Post Office in the world! Family business with the Subpostmaster and his wife working around the clock to make sure that the space is clean, tidy and beautiful :) all employees are amazing and know their stuff! Approachable and friendly as well as eager to help! Did my passport and driving licence here and took minutes! Saved so much time :)

Heaven compared to High Street...calm, efficient, pleasant, friendly service.

I refuse to use Ombersley Road which is more convenient for me but use the st John's one instead. Everyone, yes everyone is polite and helpful in here. They are efficient and try and do their best for each customer. It shows that not all post office staff need to be rude to do the job. The shop part is clean, bright and interesting and it is a pleasure to be in there. I have never had to queue too long either which is a bonus but which I do understand can not always be helped. People don't mind waiting though if they know that everything is being done to alleviate the problem and reduce the queue. Well done St John's

After weeks of anxiety about my passport renewal I visited two photo booths in Malvern The Co-op and the one at Morrisons. The Co-op photos were sent with old passport, they were rejected as apparently they were a little blurry. Unperturbed I went to try the Morrisons booth and uploaded them they were, again, rejected. So let’s get help, I thought, so went to the post office in the link. After paying six I was in possession of the worst photo, probably, ever. Coming up to seven weeks I was getting desperate and driving my friends mad when someone suggested “Go the post office in St Johns” I drove to Worcester St Johns and at the Post Office I met a very helpful team of people, who I can’t recommend enough. Talk about going the extra mile. Please people take the hassle out of getting or renewing your passport and use these wonderful people. MY PASSPORT IS IN THE POST

Best P.O i have ever used. Always very friendly, helpful staff and even when busy the queue moves swiftly. I always take the extra walk and use this P.O rather than the one that is nearer to me. Use this Post Office and avoid the one in the City Centre at all costs, worth the extra walk!

Went to this post office for the first time to renew my driving licence didn't have a clue what to do,but the staff that work there came together to help me sort myself out and I will ever be grateful to the people who work at this post office well done

Went to bring some coins in to add to my bank account. The service was very kind and helpful, even though I didn't give the coins the correct way. I was even given the bags needed for next time I come, which will be very soon.

Always a nice experience visiting this post office! It's so worth the extra travel instead of going to my local post office on Ombersley Road. The customer service is excellent and they're all so lovely and helpful!

St Johns Post Office is excellent in my opinion.The staff are helpful which is unusual these days.
Totally opposite to city centre where staff are awful,anything you ask seems too much trouble for them,
Much like St Johns House doctors receptionists,dreadful attitudes,they dont deserve a job.

Excellent community Post Office with helpful and friendly staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Can't thank enough the owner and staff of this PO. Always helpfull and willing to help.. All are very clued up on the services they offer, Unfortunately Worcester city are in the stone age compaired to st johns, Even though they are short staffed they still work hard to keep the waiting to a minimum..
