Kempsey Post Office

Very surly and rude girl serving today and yesterday. Not pleasant at all. She virtually told off two ladies for talking at the Post Office counter.

It's not open when it's advertised, they have my parcels but I can't get them as they can't tell me the opening hours (I don't work in worcester and can't pick up until 5.45). I asked how long they will keep the parcels before they return to sender as I'm worried I can't get them before they get returned "I don't know" and "I suggest you don't use the post office here again as its a sh1t show nowadays" I was also told.

I'm speaking for a lot of people in Kempsey...post office is never open when it states online it is . I'm absolutely sick and tired of it it's my only place to pay my gas and electric take my amazon parcels. I have asked so many times. All I get back is we have a new manager and new staff. We'll that isn't the residents of Kempseys fault put your timing right online. And while you are at it sort your shop out because you can smell moldy food there are out of date foods in there it's dirty loads of staff just stood there. The freezer hasn't worked for a good 2 years. And your supposed to be a morrisons wow

Kempsey shop & Post Office are not always open. They need to improve the services so that they don't close unexpectedly. Not everyone can drive to tescos or aldi to get milk and bread etc.

Useless! They were closed yesterday and today. I asked at the counter and was told they close at 1400. How is this acceptable? Especially as they state in their website that they close at 2200. Pointless, not everyone wants to or is able to go to town.

Never open. Soooo many times I’ve drive there and it’s closed. I will now give up.
