Just picked up my latest pair of glasses and as usual they are superb. Neil is a very experienced top class craftsman whose attention to detail and customer service is second to none. As well as a good range of frames at reasonable prices he does reglazes or lenses for your own frames without the huge mark ups charged by the big high street opticians. Excellent value for money and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, such that it’s worth the drive from Worcester for me. I would recommend Vision Factory without hesitation and have already done so to friends and family.

I purchased frame and lenses at a VERY competitive price and Neil also replaced lenses in an old pair of Linberg frames that are now my favourite glasses.
Neil also reconditioned and re-glazed my wife’s favourite glasses that she was prepared to dispose of thinking that no one could do anything to revitalise them.
Neil was very helpful and worked hard to provide a first class service and his expertise is clearly evident.

The owner is an absolutely wonderful guy! I visited the store as I had a pair of broken glasses, and was greeted by Neil who was bopping along to some music in the back. It was so refreshing to see someone that was so GENUINE and interested in giving the best experience ever, whilst coming across as such a normal and down to earth bloke. Neil was happy to loan me a spare glasses stem and then repair my glasses completely free of charge! Extremely good service an reasonably priced. I have had several pairs of vintage glasses relensed to my requirements and highly recommend the courteous service. There is a wide selection of new frames that can be glazed to your optician's prescription or you can have your favourite frames relensed. Update: just had four pairs of my vintage frames quickly relensed to my new prescription at half the price of the national chain in town which took over a week. Perfect. Thank you Neil.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Had a pair of varifocals made to my prescription and they are excellent. With anti glare coating and transition lenses they were nearly half the price of high street opticians. Highly recommended.

I have been in recently for my 2nd pair of glasses, I was so happy with the service & the glasses, I had a pair done with a tint for sunglasses. It is a little more for the tint but well worth it. Great price, Genuine bloke.
