Aberystwyth Holiday Village

This is a holiday Park of a static caravans and seasonal pitches for touring caravans/motorhomes/tents. You can not book for a number of nights or weeks et cetera. It is on a very steep slope down towards the river Rheidol sandwiched between the main Penparcau Road, Trefechan and the Penparcau council estate. Pitches close to the river are on flatter ground. There is only one official route in and out via the road entrance. The lower areas of the site are protected by 10 foot high banks. There is an unofficial way out by climbing over the bank in the bottom right corner of the site, but this is quite precarious, and there is a Brook to traverse upon the other side Which may be quite high when the tide is in, so I would only recommend to very fit young people. There is a heated pool available for all residents on the site, while I was there, it was open for a few hours on weekday afternoons and all day at weekends. It was staffed by a very pleasant young lady, a qualified lifeguard. There is also a licensed bar/club on the site which has a few amusements also. If you are staying in a tourer or motorhome then you can use the on-site showers and also clothes washing facilities. I stayed in a privately owned static caravan, the view across the valley and of the town of Aberystwyth was fabulous. I found the staff on the site to be both helpful and courteous.

We stayed here for a week in a rented van. The site is fantastic, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The site itsos ideally located, about a 15-minute walk from the centre of Aberystwyth (with children).

We have a lovely static caravan. Pet friendly and only 10 minutes walk to town. Lovely site although haven't used swimming pool etc due to having the dog with us. But looks good

Just normal down to earth ,friendly people, loved the bingo in club and the staff ,very good we've been twice will definitely call in again next year.

First time on the site at Aberystwyth Holiday Village, nice view from the static I was in, looking over the town. Peaceful and relaxing, hill a little steep for my small mobility scooter. Would go again and recommend this site.

Just purchased our first static caravan here today, can't wait to start using it :), park looked clean and tidy, the staff members I had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly and polite, nobody trying to force a sale, giving us the time and freedom to make an informed decision, definetly going to enjoy many years of making new memories as a family from here.

Put my van on site 3 weeks ago and its excellent close to town and local shop games room an entertainment are good think kids park cud do with an up grade over all i really like it

I go camping here every year and it is fantastic, I would not want to go anywhere else. All facilities are clean and there is entertainment in the club. The staff are very helpful.

Perfect for young family,kids club swimming pool soft play area all open during school holidays and weekend after Easter, convenient for the town, station beach all 5/10 minutes walk,kept clean and tidy

Very friendly staff and when we inquired about a caravan they were genuinely helpful even offering to reserve a pitch for a touring caravan

It has really gone up in the world , lovely places to eat and drink,it gets rough after 9pm though , lots of drunk young men.

Pretty place to visit.plenty to see,cliff railway.casle to sit and look out to sea.lovely harbour where you can get a fresh crab if a fishing boat has just arrived.load
s of different shops.and eateries Galore.enjoy.😌😎🤣

No shop on site that let's the place down and the kids park could do with upgrading not much for the kids
