Clarks Outlet

It is of good quality store, with good customer service. It was a little bit expensive. It is close to Wembley Stadium and has good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Jubilee and Metropolitan serve Wembley Park. Recommended.

One of the good experience from shopping here.. good quality but prices are high ...staff is very cooperative and behave professionally..they respect there's customers.

I loved this outlet for two main reasons,
1. The collections - it amazing.
2. The customer service - Jenet made my day, I bough 3 pairs with her support to find the right size/color.

Good service under difficult conditions. They have done well. They size your shoes as you wait outside which cuts down the time inside the shop. Staff are plentiful and knowledgeable as you would exoext from Clarks. A bit pricey but you get good quality shoes

Whilst looking we were offered help by a muslim lady who works at the store. She was very helpful. Helped us find the style and fit by measuring. Great customer service experience. 5 stars because of it. Give the lady a raise!

A good place for purchasing of various types of shoes for ladies, gents and children at reasonable price. Quality of this store is good and desirable. The shoes are kept and arranged in a good manner and according to the size of foots hence becomes easy to find according to the size of your foot.

I just love this place. Has a lot of items. Have very cool staffs. They never hesitated to help. Awesome place to shop shoes.

I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather .

She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather .

Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days. Heather, only for you - I would have left the store - gladly , you were there and thank you for giving me the most pleasant shoe shopping experience at Clarkes - it’s a first.

I think there are quite a few Clarkes store staff that could take a leaf and lessons from Heathers book. Thank you again. Love my shoes .

We were looking for black boots with size 4 and couldn't find it. A really nice staff member called khaira picked the shoe out for us and she was very helpful. Thanks a lot !!

Great selection, amazing prices, what would have been £65 retail was £45 in the outlet and it was on sale so my pair of shoes for work ended up being £20! Couldn't be happier

Store was not busy but the attendants seemed more interested in something on a computer. Only one person attended to us, 3 adult customers each with a child. She was helpful but was obviously stressed.

I work in hospitality and I do stand a lot while working. Already 4 years since I buy my shoes for work from Clarks and I can firmly say that they are the most comfortable shoes you can find on the market. You can easily wear them for a year or more. Would highly recommend Clarks for the high-quality shoes

Has a really good collection of items. We bought a suitcase from here, extremely light weight from aerolite. They also provide VAT refund receipts. The staff are really helpful too.
