The Perch, Ffordd-Y-Gyfraith

Absolutely stunning. We had the most amazing night away at the Perch in September. The location and views are beautiful, peaceful but not too far away from local towns and the old house pub where we enjoyed a lovely meal. The Perch had everything you needed including cooking equipment, television, electric shower, plenty of condiments and our host was so generous with our welcome hamper. The hot tub was a complete bonus. We had a very comfortable stay and can’t wait to return. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thankyou so much!

We had a wonderful stay at The Perch - what a gorgeous, little find in the hills of Wales.

Lots of beautiful walks on your front door, a lovely area with lots to see around (highlights being Dunraven Bay & Porthcawl). Amenities are just a short drive away. Then back to the house for a great evening, fantastic kitchen equipment, comfy bed & wow what a hot tub!

Views are simply stunning, we’d advise getting up for the sunrise to be greeted by the neighbours (sheep!)

Gainor was a fantastic host who couldn’t have done more for us.

Highly recommend driving to Old House 1147 for dinner or lunch. It was simply stunning.

What an AMAZING place! Loved our stay, hot tub was heated before arrival 👌🏻, everything was spotless too! peaceful and everything we wanted for our passing visit.. 5* we will be back! Thank you for having us!
