Went to pick parts up that I ordered on CarParts4less, which is, it appears, part of Euro Car Parts, just cheaper. Same parts. Really great staff. I have used them a lot in the past.

Bought my new brake disks and pads from here by click and collect on the web site. Parts were ready when I called in and a good price as they had an offer on when I placed my order. I needed coolant, fast. Checked the local supermarket, which was out of stock. Remembered Euro Car Parts is just around the corner from there and checked their website.

Their online stuck check tool told me they had two bottles in stock locally, so I placed a click and collect order. It said collect in half an hour, however if I waited that long I would have been late for work so I limped the car around right away in the hope I would be able to collect earlier.

They were open and has my coolant ready for me to collect! In about 3 minutes! Obviously, this was a very small order and it was early in the morning, but still very impressed! I won't even bother with the supermarket next time, I'll just order from Euro Car Parts and pick up there instead!

What a Fantastic group of Ladies and Gents. I went to go on Holiday..... Flat battery ! Jump started it, called them up saying I was away from home trying to replace the battery. They put one by for me but came out and tested my car Thoroughly and decided I didn't need a battery but possible an alternator. They gave me a favourable quote for me to use should I change it. Brilliant and professional customer service. Love 'em. Thank you.

As a trade customer I use ECP daily. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent pricing structure and a rapid delivery service (although delivery is trade only I believe). Good company, friendly staff and if they haven't got what you need at the store you are going to they can get it from another store usually by later that day or the next morning. I use euro car parts on a regular basis and I am very happy with them
