All the essentials you would expect with some alternatives and local produce/delights.

Great little local village shop with an amazing selection of cakes and pastries, really friendly staff, great produce and choice

Fantastic shop run by wonderful people. It is like a mini Waitrose with high end products and bakery goods along with all your everyday essentials. The prices are matched to the supermarkets so great value. Plus you can grab a coffee and cake, and there's a seating area outside. The best village shop.

Wow, we were really surprised by this very well stocked store, it’s like a tardis (looks small from the outside). They had a cute outside seating area, a coffee machine & some yummy cakes. We’ll definitely be back. Dogs welcome too as there’s a doggy watering hole 👏💗

While staying in an airbnb less than a minute walk away this little shop was great for daily essentials! Frozen goods, a lovely selection of baked goods and much more! Lovely staff! Outside bench and seating available for passers-by!

Has a load of content for a little store. Worth the visit we hs some Lovely sausages and black pudding from there. Also some lovely breadcakes.

Lovely shop, well stocked and a lovwly assistant. Bought two birthday cards as would rather give money to local than a big supermarket!! Been visiting Levens for over 40 years and would definitely spend in village shop again.

The best village shop we know! Excellent selection of produce, lots of locally sourced and sustainable options, the freshly baked cakes are amazing, great coffee and the staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. It's so nice to have a shop like this at the heart of our community. We've particularly enjoyed the seasonal events the shop has hosted, especially over Halloween and for the re-opening last summer. Highly recommend if you're passing through or live close by. Our family and friends all say what a lovely little shop it is!

Great little shop and a nice stop off for cyclists. Coffee and a nice selection of cakes is available along with a limited selection of groceries. Nice covered area with benches outside and free drinking water from a tap on the outside wall. Shop has just undergone a full refurb. Ladies behind the counter were very polite and friendly.

Great little find. We were staying nearby in Brigsteer so stopped by a couple times. Had everything we needed, including some fresh cakes.

A flying visit as I was running past as part of the National 3 Peaks Challenge.
It was early morning, I could not believe the amazing pastries and coffee, I even bought the coffee mug and carried in my pack home.
