Synod Fach

We've just got back from our fifth visit to Synod Fach and have had another wonderful holiday.
The house is great and had everything a young family needs to have a prefect beach holiday, including the fantastic addition of a wood fired hot tub this year!
There were 9 of us in our party, but the house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us with ease.
We can't recommend Synod Fach enough, we're already looking forward to visiting again as soon as possible.

Perfect property for our fishing trip to New Quay. Very comfortable accommodation for the 8 adults that went. All the facilities required for a relaxing stay in West Wales in the country. Added to which, an easy going friendly owner who communicates extremely effectively. Highly recommended to groups looking for affordable accommodation from which to base themselves and explore the beautiful surrounding areas.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Cottage is clean,spacious and has everything you need! Land outside is amazing for sitting out, bbq's and just great for kids! Its secluded with no overseeing neighbours and kids are safe to wander round the garden. (Trampoline,slides and paddling pools.)The location is amazing with newquay a few minutes away and some other beautiful towns near by. ( We loved Llangrannog beach for fish and chips on the beach and sunset swims) Merlyn was easily contactable and an amazing host. We will be definitely be back.(We went with 5 adults 5 kids and 2 dogs.)

200 year old farmhouse that has been updated over the years until about 1975!
Comfortable holiday family accomodation, secluded and quiet.

Really nice. Great place for a secluded getaway. Log fire and nice kitchen. No walks directly from cottage but beaches a small drive away
