Extremely happy yet again with the service provided by Pipeline Plumbing. Harry fitted a Hive control to the boiler in our new house. He was very polite and cheerful and spent some time checking that we knew how to use the app. We will continue to use Pipeline in the future and highly recommend them.

Having moved to Storrington two years ago we discovered within a week that our elderly boiler and central heating did not work. Josh and his team were on site immediately and swiftly arranged to replace the whole system which now works super efficiently and is very economical.
Subsequently they have refitted both our cloakroom and bathroom to a very high standard. Their attention to detail is second to none and all of the team are polite, tidy and very helpful. They carry out major work in a stress free manner and their aftercare service is exemplary. We would be happy to recommend them to everybody.

I would highly recommend Josh and his team. My wife and I moved in to Storrington in May and Pipeline specd a completely new system for our 25+ year old boiler and radiators (including storage heaters)
What impressed us most was the foresight Josh had to make efficiencies for us (boiler, water tank, TRV’s and smart thermostat ) and all controllable from our phone.

Josh was very efficient, we had an issue with our boiler and he came to sort it straight away. Could not fault his work in any way. Excellent job, very professional but also explained in plain English what was wrong and needed doing.

Josh was very professional - the fault recurred a few minutes after he left but he returned within a short time and diagnosed the problem. He obtained a new part and returned to fit it within a week or so. Not the cheapest by any means but I have full confidence in his skills.

Pipeline Services under took our bathroom refit. Josh was very professional kept us informed throughout. A few tweaks were needed to successfully install our bathroom but this was discussed with us. Each trade was organised by Josh so the job run smoothly and completed in a timely manor. Josh also carried out extra jobs to complete the look of the bathroom.
