Our road bikes were over four years old and quite heavily used so we went for the gold service. Wareham Cycleworks did a great job and the bikes are riding like new again. The costs were clear, communication was good, and it's great to get out on our bikes with everything once again running smoothly and efficiently - thank you very much Wareham Cycleworks, R&J, &J

I was doing a bike trip and got a puncture. They took me in charge immediately and did a fabulous job : changed the inner tube and the tyre, put a sealant between them. They literally saved my trip and I’m so grateful for that. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and their sympathy too!

Very helpful team. Nothing too much trouble. Gave me great advice on bike selection which they supplied and then changes to chain set that suit my limited cycling abilities. Really enjoying my cycling again. Many thanks.

Pleasantly enthusiastic and helpful staff. The mechanic is very knowledgeable and very capable. He helped me out with a tyre and puncture problem which enable me to complete my ride around the bay. I thought the pricing structure to be fair/reasonable. I definitely recommend this bike shop.

These guys know there stuff. Always helpful and have a decent stock of spares and accessories. Any purchase gives credits which you can use against future purchases. Living here on the Isle of Purbeck it's reassuring to know we have this shop in Wareham with great tech support and good quality gear in the store.

Amazing customer service, taken both mine and my husband's bikes there to be serviced, mine however needed more than a service, did only that was needed and didn't cost me an arm and a leg, thank you so much for looking after me and taking care of my main mode of transport.

Very happy with the service provided. They've been able to fix my bike when I've picked up an issue in the past. Also they have recently done a really good job of giving my bike a service. Would highly recommend to local cyclists if your looking for professional maintenance.

Out on a long ride and get a puncture near these guys thankfully. Replaced and cleaned up my wheel and I was back out in no time. Must remember my pump next time, and thanks to cycleworksfor setting me right. Great service

Had my e-bike serviced, Bosch diagnostics and software update. Very happy with the work . They also recommended and identified a new derailleur hanger to replace my weedy original and fitted it, which has improved the gear selection.Pleasant, knowledgeable staff and good prices. Great service where custom is valued. Would not hesitate to recommend.

A quick note of thanks, Paul & Simon in particular, for taking a closer look at my Orro last week. Really appreciate the observations, best practice and the quick turnaround - as well as the impromptu replacement tube before I left for my ride on Saturday. Very thorough, the bike is in great hands. Top service.

Travelled down from the North West for a weeks holiday. Brought my electric bike which had a power issue (should have checked the bike before putting it on the cycle rack!) Having looked up on Google bike shops close to where I was saying and as result visited here. Paul was spot on identifying the problem straight away and and enabled me to ride it during my holiday.

Highly recommend Wareham Cycleworks. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable; I took my recently acquired second-hand bike down there as the gears were feeling a bit odd, they looked them over and adjusted them free of charge. I will definitely be heading back for any future servicing or adjustments.

Turned up unannounced today with an issue on my bike I didn't have the tools or part to fix. Was seen within a short time and the issue was quickly fixed. Excellent shop with very friendly and attentative staff.

Great service from Wareham Bike Shop who helped me out when I was on holiday and had a gear problem. Bike sorted out in little more than an hour, great communication, reasonable prices and a first class mechanic who also drew a couple of other issues to my attention. Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic service. I called as my son had a problem with his bike. I popped it into them and they worked on it to fix the problem and made it safe for him.

This Anthony Seear updating my review. Since posting my previous review Wareham Cycleworks have kindly refunded the labour costs as promised. This had resolved any misunderstanding. I just want to restate how pleased I am with the standard of work and I am very happy with how they responded to my complaint. I highly recommend them.
