Turned up here one afternoon after my car's exhaust started sounding funny. Gentleman had it diagnosed within minutes and could see that it needed a new part.
Due to the time of day, getting a taxi home was proving difficult, but as luck would have it, he said he could source the spare part that afternoon. The lady at reception went off to pick up the part, and it was all done and fitted inside of 2hrs from my arrival.
