Had a brief stop here to use the rest room and a quick stop to drink.

Place was really busy and had a nice atmosphere and had some l9vely Christmas lights in the entrance.

Didn't try the food but it has a full carvery that looks nice and saw someone in here with a dog so it's dog friendly as well.

Does have a car park and even busy I managed to find a space ok.

It is our new local as we recently moved to the area and we absolutely love it! Their staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food is delicious - the steak is our favourite - hats off to the chef(s)! (Picture below). Also, the best part is that there is a roast 7 days a week! Totally recommended to anyone who is looking for good food + nice atmosphere and a drink!

Incredible service the entire experience. I don’t normally go to pubs for food as I don’t anticipate it would be any good. This has completely changed my perception. I’d sooner go here instead of TGIs or Harvester. The food was hot when it arrived and tasted great. The team working were very hospitable and welcoming. Our server was Lauren who gave an incredible customer service experience. The managers are lovely and interactive, anyone else that thinks otherwise needs to give them another chance. Shall be going back again soon.

Walked in without booking and was seated straight away. Staff were polite and very helpful, I am allergic to gluten so asked what was gluten free and was presented with my own menu with loads of choices including starters mains and pudding. One complaint is minor there were no prices on my menu.
We were served at the till by jazz who was brilliant and very funny.
Pub has a lovely atmosphere and is dog friendly inside and out. Will definitely be going again. Oh and a side note the portion sizes are very big, we thought the fish was a whale it was that big, everything was well cooked and fresh.

I had a lunch-time Carvery today, 28/2/24.
It was the best Carvery I have ever tasted.
I had beef and turkey and both were as soft as butter. Absolutely gorgeous.
The roasties were by far in the top 3 I have eaten.
The chef was Stevie and I have to commend her cooking. Well done Stevie.
Can’t wait for the next one.

Visited here the last couple of weeks as it's on the way back from a frequented place. The food here is great. Recommend the cauliflower wings, in fact any of the starters. All the ones we have had so far have been lush. They have a carvery as well which I haven't tried yet but my wife has and has had them every time. They have Neck oil on tap which is a refreshing change from the previous Green king ale which is not good. The main courses are big portions for the meals I've had so far and the best thing was the Kebab with fries. The pita bread was the softest bread I've ever had and the kebab meat was delicious, and not fatty or gristly. Also recommend the hot maple syrup sauce with it as it's just amazing. This is a bar with a little extra, good parking and electric points for those more evolved, and the staff are friendly and inviting, and already know what drink I want before I get to the bar. Awesome place.

We have been here several times however the staff really stood out when visiting yesterday. Kelly went above and beyond for my children whilst we were there, making sure they had stuff to occupy them. Angel was lovely too and made an effort to ensure we had everything.
We had 2 children's meals, a carvey and a meal off the menu. All lovely food too at a reasonable price.
Will definitely be visiting again.

Had a cavery and a doner kebab. I wasn't expecting much with the kebab as its not your typical pub grub but the kebab was ace. Will definitely go for it again.

Nice local pub. Friendly and welcoming staff.
Food is fab. Lots of great activities coming up. The changes that the new managers have implemented make this a great place to spend an afternoon/evening.

We decided to pop in on our way home to Wiltshire after a busy day of Christmas shopping. We were greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The staff were very happy even though they were busy they were still happy to help.
The pub is very clean and the decor is stunning.
We opted for the carvery and we are so glad we did! The selection was amazing! Yorkshires were huge and very tasty! I highly recommend getting pigs in blankets. Very delicious. We have decided to make this our monthly place to eat with it only being an hour away. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 5star service from the minute we arrived to the moment we left.

Very good Sunday Roast, enjoyed a veggie cauliflower tart with Yorkshire pudding stuffing and veg. Will come back again.

Always quick and sharp service, I’ve ordered a carvery and my partner a gammon, they let us know when the gammon was ready so we can obviously eat the meal together which is just a nice little thoughtful touch I think. Shout out for MAZZ and JAZZ the bar staff always smiling, forever friendly every visit and make you feel so very welcome. Excellent job guys!

Brought a hunters chicken , chicken was a little dry the salad was devine , they also do a carvery here as well well worth the money , if you have a blue light card you can get discount using your app 25% off drinks where well prices and staff here are more and happy to help you out

Amazing time with you this Sunday. It was crazy busy but the staff were pleasant with a smile. Jazz made our kids laugh and let them order there own fizzy apple and was very patient. Thank you to all the staff we saw. (Food was amazing)

The staff and food was wonderful. The staff were very patient and helpful with us as we was a awkward bunch of 8 with online vouchers from our works paying separately. They had to input the 20 number code of each one and take the correct amount. This took some time and they did it with a smile. The food was tasty and came out at a timely manner. Plenty of options to choose from everyone was very pleased with what they had. We will be coming back, maybe on one other the event evenings. Well done to Blaina staff and management, on making a great little place for people to go. have a happy Christmas.

Very good morning. The Grinch was great. Food was good, very filling!

Arts and crafts didn't quite work out for us, perhaps we were late. We did arrive just past 9. Nice idea though! Perhaps individual packs could be tried.

But all in all, really nice morning. Thank you 🙂

Rang this morning to book a table for the carvery and Kelly went over and above to sort this for us. Really friendly staff, lovely food (much nicer than Toby Carvery). 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Visited the UK for a couple of weeks and was in walking distance of this wonderful place. Ended up there a few times during my visit, even decided this is where i wanted to have my final dinner with friends before leaving! Happened to be quiz night as well which was a blast! The staff was amazing as was the food it felt very welcoming! Look forward to going back one day!

We have been here many times, the food and service is brilliant. Jazz was very attentive and friendly. It has been recently refurbished and is lovely inside. The food is very reasonably priced. They are great for gluten free (coeliac) too.
