Computers Dont Byte

As someone confident to use my computer but have no idea what to do when things go wrong it was a godsend when I contacted Computers Don’t Byte which I pass regularly on my way to Ammanford on grandchildren’s school run and the name of which always makes me smile. It absolutely fits the fantastic service given. I took them my troublesome printer which has cost me a fortune in replacement ink cartridges which would work for a few weeks tops then I’d have screen messages that they were incompatible with the printer. In fact, they were! These lovely people sorted it out for me and replaced with the correct cartridges and are happy to order them for me in future and to fit them for me. It sounds a small thing but it’s given me peace of mind. Which is why my printer is coming in the car with me on today’s school run. Thank you so so much; I highly recommend. Personal, kind service at its very best.

My old laptop which I also used for work was very old and I could not load software on to it and it had basically stopped working. I have used Computers Don't Bite in Garnant before and I reached out to them for a new laptop. They supplied a new laptop and when I ran into problems installing and using Teams for work and school they sorted out my problem so that I could continue to work remotely. I would highly recommend them for their IT knowledge and their commitment to deliver a brilliant service.

Father and Son operation. Possibly some of the best service I have ever received and in this modern day they are a ray of sunshine. They go out of their way to help even when you are not computer literate. I cannot give higher praise. I needed a custom built pc, original enquiry dealt with by Jason, I ended up dealing with both Andrew and Jason in the end. Both of them couldn't do enough for me and offered guidance on latest IT hardware available. I ended up with a brilliant small format desktop pc 95mm x 245mm x 221mm (W x H x D) with an i5 6 core CPU. I also paid extra for some upgrades. The quote was received on time as advised and within the budget advised. This PC is very powerful and fast (exactly what I required for general office application works). I had a small issue with installing a driver for an older printer, Andrew remoted into my pc (free of charge) and sorted it all out for me. Superb customer service all round, can't recommend them enough!

We bought our laptop from Andrew and Jason and if there's been an issue they are so helpful and patient. Recently there was a problem which I had tried unsuccessfully to solve but Andrew went out of his way to get it sorted. They are always ready to help and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Over the last few years, I have been using Computers Don’t Byte for all my computer building, running and servicing needs.
Andrew and Jason have always gone the ‘extra mile’ to resolve any issues I have had.
Recently my broadband account was hacked and I am sure I would have had a nervous breakdown if it was not for their help in resolving the many issues I had as a result.
I ordered a new computer in September and it was built and ready for me very quickly and at an excellent price too! I have had a few teething problems, mainly down to me, and Andrew and Jason have been more than helpful in sorting these issues and guiding me as to what to do in the future.
I could not ask for more from them, they have been a great help and I cannot say thank you enough.

Excellent service today again for an 87 year old struggling with modern technology. Andrew and Jason both gave of their time to repair and explain how to overcome my computer problem. Excellent advice given with patience as usual.

Recently used Computers Don't Byte for the first time and cannot say enough about the service they provided. Initially gave me advise to try at home to see if I could resolve the issue myself. Once it was identified that there was a bigger problem - Jason contacted me with several options to solve the issue. Once I decided to upgrade the problematic parts – they completed the work in no time and communicated throughout. When they quoted the upgrade price – I was surprised as how cheap the work was. I must say the pc is now super-fast. I won’t hesitate in recommending or use this company again. Thank you both.

Having wasted many hours talking to BT and Hewlett Packard, Andrew's calm and helpful advice was very welcome.

My mate advised me to try this company .I had an apple i mac from 2006 which was really playing up and not supported by apple any longer . I bought a new iMac, but did not know how to retrieve all of my passwords from all of the various sites . I get extremely stressed with technology and was not looking forward to anyone attempting the transfer over .
The process could not have been made simpler by the gentlemen in the shop . My mate dropped both computers in on a Wednesday morning and I was contacted a couple of times by telephone before lunch with a couple of queries . I rung them close to the end of the day to be informed that it was all transferred and the were just updating to the latest version of software and it would be ready for pickup late morning Thursday.
Extremely helpful and simple to talk to as i am somewhat of a luddite .
Thought their pricing was too cheap, if I am honest .
5 stars for customer service and speed of service and the computer works flawlessly .
Have no hesitation in recommending this company .

Having recently contacted Andrew and Jason at computers dont byte due to an issue with my laptop. I can truely recommend them for taking the time and effort to resolve the problem. Considering that my laptop was "past its sell by date" they have given it a new lease of life, certainly for the next year and a half!! Thanks again to Andrew and Jason.

I phoned Andrew at CDB for some help and advice on an important project i was working on. He was exceptionally helpful and within 10mins had sorted my problem out. This🤔🤔🤔soon became 🙂🙂🙂. Happy days. Thank you Andrew
