What a brilliant company! I needed storage after downsizing to a bungalow and found West Lancs Furniture whilst searching the internet. Went to have a look not expecting much, as I am not familiar with Burscough. What a surprise! Situated in an old mill but once inside there is a vast display of all types of furniture.
Julian was so helpful helping my husband and myself select the wardrobes we were looking for, there are many to choose from.
The service we received was perfect from ordering, delivery date, communication and assembly. The quality really is exceptional.
Have already recommended and will continue to do so.

What a beautiful shop so much to choose from lot's of different kinds of furniture some really unusual designs they also had a stair lift for people with disabilities it was really good to get so much help and information we were given the time and all the information we needed so managed to find the perfect sofa which was discounted so whent home very happy definitely 5 *

We looked at sofas in some of the big retail stores. West Lancs Furniture had the same sofas in stock at significantly reduced pricing. Definitely worth a look if you are thinking of getting a new sofa.

This furniture shop is the very reason why its best NOT always to shop on line just to save a meagre few pounds.

We bought a quality SEALY mattress from West Lancs Furniture and through no fault of theirs it developed a minor problem.

It took one telephone call to sort it out and a most helpful lady arranged a replacement directly from Sealy - it was that simple. This kind of personal service just does not exist with an internet transaction. So before you buy furniture or beds etc, have a look here for some good old fashioned and much forgotten about customer service and, as importantly a good and fair price!
