Very prompt delivery.
Relatively easy to set up the ScanSnap iX1600 (via my wifi network). The scanning is quick, quiet, and integrates well with my Macbook (so far).
Only downside so far: difficulties in registering with the manufacturer's website and iCloud based service (system is not responding - I have emailed the Customer Support of the manufacturer and await their response).

I dealt with Alex, who I found to be responsive, knowledgeable and reassuring. The product arrived the next working day, and there were no issues.

Quick and easy ordering. I had originally called ups to hire a scanner or scanning services and a gentleman by the name of Alex assessed my situation and told me that I would be better off buying a machine. He suggested the Brother Scanner which I bought and arrived the next day. I am already scanning and clearing and shredding so many documents The scanner is fantastic at a good price and with a cashback bonus. Thanks Alex, I am very happy.

I was very pleased with the price that Response Technical Services Ltd (imaging-superstore.co.uk) offered and the ordering and delivery were first class. I particularly liked the fact that a free remote install was offered. This made setting up my new scanner effortless. Paul from the technical support handled the installation and he did a brilliant job. This company was brilliant to deal with from start to the finish of the installation.

Faced with technical issue for which I needed help, I rang RTS out of the blue and had the good fortune to speak with Noel. He went out of his way to help me, speaking to Epson on my behalf, calling me back twice more throughout the day, offering a technician to come look at the problem in person. It is so rare that you find someone who actually cares and is not JUST doing a job. That deserves more than 5 stars!

I can thoroughly recommend Response. We bought an amazing Fujitsu Scanner from them and not only did it turn up on time they were absolutely brilliant when it came to sorting out a few technical issues we had with the set up. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Fantastic service. My document scanner arrived the next day. The brother ADS 2800W is an amazing piece of kit. Easy to set up and so efficient. Scans at lightening speed - really high quality files. We are decluttering and this machine is making it possible to clear out huge amounts of paperwork. Just brilliant!

I got what I ordered, it arrived earlier that I expected, works perfectly and I can only say I rate my experience using RTS at 100% in every respect!

I purchased a Fujitsu Scanner from Imaging Superstore and dealt with Matt who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped me set up the scanner.

The scanner is excellent, the service was excellent and everything arrived promptly.

In early 2020 I followed Noel's advice on cleaning the Fujitsu scanner glass to remove a scar appearing on my scans. To my amazement the line disappeared and the scanner worked perfectly again! Two years later it is still going strong!
Nobody at Fujitsu bothered to suggest this remedy for what on the internet appears to be a common fault!
Cannot thank you enough for your kind help and support. You saved me a lot of bother and the planet from another unnecessarily discarded piece of tech! What wonderful customer service. It has not been forgotten. Thank you so much!
