Bought Specialized Tarmac stem. Good price. Service amazing. I live reasonably local so tried to arrange pick up, but Martin delivered it personally the following morning on his bike ride!!

Arrived this morning without an appointment, Martin, as soon as he opened up the shop helped me with my issue, gave great advice going forward and was very helpful.

Support local, we are very lucky to have Websters Cycles here in Leicester.

Great service from the store. Popped in on the off chance of picking up a 2018 sale bike but Martin did a great deal on a 2019 bike. Parted with my cash and 2 days later I’ve just completed my 1st ride. The young lads that served me were full of great advice too. Kudos to them all! I’ll strive to be a loyal customer to Webster’s.

Ordered the large Brompton Borough roll-top bag earlier this week, was delivered on day 3, great bag, great price, very pleased. Thank you Websters.

I've shopped at Webster's cycles many times and have always had great service. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm very happy with the Specialized bicycle I bought from them five years ago which I still regularly use. The workshop service is excellent and they have serviced and repaired bikes I've taken to them from several brands. The products they sell are excellent quality.

What an excellent team of people. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Am a regular visitor and now have four bikes bought from there down to the fact that they are my local bike shop but also they will go out of their way to help if I have ever had an issue. For example was desperate for my gears to be looked at the day before a cycling holiday and even though I only called that morning they managed to squeeze me-that is customer service and will certainly keep me returning. That and the odd cuppa I get when I am there.

Would recommend to anybody!

I can't recommend Webster Cycles highly enough. My nine year old bike frame snapped, Martin contacted the manufacturer s on my behalf, and manage to get me a new bike as a replacement.

Bought a Specialized road bike 6 weeks ago from Webster’s. I did so by mail order. I had to return today and take the 60 mile journey to have the gears looked at, just minor adjustments really. I was dealt with by a young gent By the name of Ash......what a top guy he was, he did various adjustments for me that have already made a massive difference on my ride this evening. Not only that, he was just a really friendly gent who offered loads of advice to both me and my girlfriend.....if you see this Ash, cheers mate, I can now start really enjoying my bike!

Great experience buying through this independent bike shop. Product was delivered overnight via APC and delivery instructions were clearly followed. Would use again.. highly recommended

I live round the corner from the shop and pop in for repairs and parts regularly. If you go in and have a chat with any of the them about what you need doing - it gets done! If it is in stock it is quick, if not then they usually have to wait on other companies supplying.

Getting my road bike prepped for our Bormio holiday in 2015 with changes to gearing and full service was beyond my skill level. They turned the job round in a couple of days to a great standard. Fixed my work bike, tandem, and MTB servicing as well.

I only write this because I read a couple of negative reviews and couldn't believe it. Only positives from me - keep up the good work!

Reassuringly social-distancey at the moment with one out/one in & face coverings required.
A good range of all sorts of things from bikes & parts to clothes & accessories and a workshop; I came away with a squishy-yet-stylish mtb saddle and gel gloves this time. Staff have always been chirpy & friendly so if they're not, it's probably your fault.
Some seriously nice and very reasonably priced e-bikes on display.

I took my bike to Websters on Saturday morning just to ask if it was possible to repair, straight the way a chap, who's name I forgot to ask, came over and said he'd take a look at it. Less than 3 minutes later I was the owner of a fixed bike. When I asked the cost the chap said "just give me a couple of quid for my time"! I will certainly going back in the future for any of my cycling needs!

Really.good advice given, this has helped me know what type of bike is right for me. Also very patient advice on getting the right size bike. Good selection of high quality bikes in the shop. Glad I popped in.

Bought a set of mudguards for my Specialized Sirrus, only to find that I was missing some fixings. Although it turned out the fixings did not come with the mudguards, the shop posted me just what I needed free of charge. Made my day. Thank you, Websters. Very impressed.

I bought my first Roubaix from Websters Cycles a few years ago now and some 8000 miles later its still going strong, it was looked after by the team at Websters and I am full of praise for them

My new Roubaix also came from Websters and it is superb, fantastic service, very professional, very helpful, advice when you need it, left alone to browse when you want to be left alone.

I look for quality and service when I walk into any retail establishment and Websters shouts quality when you walk in - service is second to none - very very in the know people work here - if you need to know anything cycling talk to the team here.

My cycle fit was done here just prior to my London to Paris ride - everything I needed was taken care of, the bike, me and a cup of tea.

I would recommend to anyone one looking for a new cycle, servicing, advice, parts, clothing, tyres, tubes, go and visit you will not be disappointed, every pocket, all cycle disciplines, are catered for.
