Great Cycle Shop. Took my Trek in short notice for a creaking rear hub, was expecting the hub to be knackered and paying for new parts but the guy said leave the bike with him and he'll strip it and take look. About two hours later it was ready and just had water inside it, all cleaned out and I was on my way. Very honest guy could have said it was knackered to get the work and money but was straight up. Will definitely use again if I have any other issues with my bikes. Nice to support a proper local business as well!

I've just had some work carried out on my Merida Reacto 6000.
South Wigston Cycle Centre were absolutely spot on. Great speedy service, great price and fantastic knowledgeable staff.

Went in to South Wigston Cycles this morning with my sons bike whose rear brake had stopped working.

Speaking to staff I was surprised to be informed that this was definitely a warranty issue and I should go to halfords for them to resolve it.

The honesty of the staff was commendable as they could have quite easily charged me to fix the issue and taken the money.

This is a great local store and they will continue to have my custom in the future.

Came highly recommended in our cycling club. Got my gears indexed in super quick time. The team is very knowledgeable and gave great advice on general maintenance and care of tubeless tyres and general preventative care. Prices are very reasonable and I will definitely use their services again.

Have used South Wigston Cycles for many years. They never let you down. Always available, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The home delivery service is excellent. Have bought several bikes over the years and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was cycling from Wellingborough to Leicester and my chain suddenly snapped and completely came off as I entered Wigston. I was gutted. I didn't have the tools to fit. Called the shop, explained my predicament and he very helpful and said I could pop by right away. After a 1 mile walk, the man sorted a new piece on the chain and got it fixed in moments. Great price. Very happy! I then finished my cycle into Leicester and then cycled back to Wellingborough. Thank you!

Been using this bike shop for servicing and other bits and pieces for several years and would always trust them. They are friendly and knowledgeable and never patronising. On Monday Graham fixed an issue with my bike within a couple of hours as I needed it ready for the weekend - top job!

Picked up my new bike after a very quick delivery, South Wigston cycle had it all set up ready for collection and answered my questions, very professional shop and highly recommended.

Had gearing issue, SWCC took my bike in and quick turn around as i had a big charity bike the following day.

I bought a second hand bike off ebay. South Wigston cycles sold me a second hand bike rack. Other odds and sods to help me get my bike on the road at great prices. They even tightened up my handlebars for me. Great service, highly recommended.

Bought a bicycle there today and they were extremely helpful,and friendly. They know what they are talking about and very good at it. Would not go anywhere else, just brilliant A great experience.

Went in for a puncture repair kit, and actually advised I needed the PVC version which they had on the shelf. Purchased for a good price and it did the trick.

Excellent service and advice. Happy to spend time to explain things to cycle novice without making me feel like the id**t I clearly am. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic cycle shop to have on your doorstep! These chaps are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, why take your bike(s) anywhere else. Effecient service, friendly and very reasonably priced too, couldn't be happier.

I needed my son's bike repairing and I initially took it to Halfords for a free health check. They told me all the cables needed replacing, for 50 quid and couldn't book me in for weeks.
Due to this I thought I'd try my local bike shop and afterwards I wondered why I didn't go there in the first place. They were incredible helpful, honest, explained what was required (which was the opposite to what Halfords recommended). My repair was half the price and completed within 2 days.
I couldn't recommend this local shop more highly and has reminded me how important these small local shops are.

This is a proper bike shop with quality bikes and parts. The staff are probably the most experienced I have ever spoken to out of all the bike shops I use around Leicester this would be top. They dont just sell bikes and parts they fix bikes properly.

I took our two twenty-something-year-old Pashley bikes for service & repairs to South Wigston Cycle Centre. Absolutely fantastic they were! The bikes look like 'new' and cycle (and brake!) brilliantly. Very reasonable bill too. Excellent email communication with Terry about the work. Top job!

South wigston cycle centre is the best shop around. They don’t over charge you like Halfords do and they fix your bike and it won’t break again unless you break it. He also explains why it’s broken and explains to you how it functions.

Fantastic service. Phoned late on a Friday evening to enquire about general availability and Graham invited us down to the shop there and then (even though it was past closing time). Secured two bikes and managed to take the one on display home that night. Graham then went out of his way, out of business hours (again) to deliver the second bike the following afternoon. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone and thank you for our bikes, we love them!
