Contacted the shop and the gentlemen helped with all my queries over the phone. At my request, he even accommodated a personalised video of the bike I was interested in. I highly recommend this store for its customer service. My new bike purchase went exceptionally smoothly and I enjoyed dealing with this retailer. 10/10

Just had two full hub services with bearing replacements. They turned the service round quickly and very reasonably priced. Excellent service and nice people. Will certainly be using them for servicing going forward and recommending to friends. 👌

I bought 2 e mountain bikes here 2 years ago. Great service especially when one had a motor fault. Replaced the motor very quickly. Excellent. Recently had the e-bikes stolen of the back of my campervan by some lowlife who sneaked up with bolt cutters in the middle of the night. Following an insurance claim I had to replace them via an online shop. BOTH delivered with a factory fault in the headset installation! Julie’s came to my rescue. Took them in Saturday morning and picked up Saturday afternoon. Very reasonable charge. Support this bike shop, their service is first class. I will be back.

Quality service for my bike today. Always friendly and knowledgeable at Julie’s. I would highly recommend for bikes, service and decent clobber in their sales. If you can go to the store, rather than online.

Julie's is one of the jewels of living in Clarendon Park. I really appreciate your knowledge of how all kinds of bikes work, willingness to offer advice & show me how to do things I have forgotten, & somehow are able to fit me in & resolve bike problems speedily so that I can keep on training.

Just ordered a bicycle at this store several months ago as the bike seemed outta stock at many other stores or had just discontinued. The bike seemed to be on clearance sale so had its price slashed, a good bargain.

No complaints except there's a scratch on the kick stand and that the bike wasn't shipped in its original packaging, but as long as it was shipped safely with enough protection, it'd be alright.

Generally satisfied with the service delivered by this company and happy with the quality of the bike!

I received helpful customer service on the telephone. The goods were despatched immediately (Friday) arrived Wednesday. Goods themselves correct and price good.

Absolute brilliant service from the Julie’s Cycles team.

I have an 8 month old Kona Mahuna (2021 model) and I ride it everyday to work as well as some proper MTB stuff.

After 7 months and about 3000 miles riding (yes, three thousand) it was in a mess.

Gears, brakes, chainset all gone.

They picked up the bike in the morning from my workplace in leicester, serviced and replaced parts as required and I had the bike back before 4pm.

I will be back in 6 months for another service, 100%.

As a relative newcomer to road cycling I was very impressed with the advice and knowledge of the staff in the store. Particularly Liam, who spent time explaining the important things to look for eg brakes, gears, frame etc in quite some depth. In comparison to other local cycle shops, which weren't anywhere near as helpful, I was put immediately at ease and was able to have a thorough discussion about my specific needs. Can't fault the service one bit and really pleased with my purchase. Thanks guys.

Picked up my bike from here last week and have so far put 300+ miles into it. Not a single issue with the bike, perfectly setup. The two staff members I spoke two were great and you could tell were passionate about bikes.

No hard sell. Simon and all the staff were very patient, efficient and informed. Very pleased I purchased from a local, independent shop, and I recommend Julie's Cycles without reservation.
