JOSH & MICHAEL… wow.

Incredible service from start to finish. I want to recognise Josh for his knowledge and great customer engagement. He didn’t leave my side from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, answered all my questions thoroughly and taught me a lot about various aspects of the bike that were new to me. He was brilliant.

Michael also was fantastic. I had my son with me and let’s be honest kids get a bit bored after a while even in a bike shop! The wait for my bike was going to be around 1.5 hours as I had some extras that needed to be installed.. Michael got it done in less than 30 mins and explained all the SRAM etap axs group set to me in more detail as well as making sure I had downloaded the right app.

Thanks again both, brilliant service and I will absolutely be back now I know how good the shop and staff are.

Big shout out for Will at Rutland cycling, I had a set up problem with a bike I bought mail order. Pulled my hair out all day and Will resolved it in 5 mins. Despite not buying the bike from here they still didn’t charge me, really appreciate the fantastic service.

We had our electric bike serviced and mended at Leicester Rutland Cycles and couldn’t be happier. We were dealt with by Ciaran who was absolutely brilliant. He did everything he could to help us and I couldn’t recommend him and them more highly. David and Susan

Great service from these guys in Leicester. I'm an independent cycle workshop based elsewhere. I needed help with a Brompton as I'm not a dealer, I explained the situation and they booked me in to carry out the work while I waited.
Jack was helpful from the outset when taking the initial call and today in person. The update was explained and the staff were just efficient and helpful. Thanks for the help and great service.

Top notch customer service, the chaps working in this store are super friendly and go out of their way to help customers. I bought a gravel bike from this store and they went above and beyond to get the bike I wanted from a sister store 2 hours away, to get the bike back, set up and ready for my weekend maiden cycle. Highly recommended Rutland Cycling for all your biking needs.

After a morning disaster with my sons bike and following many tears I called into Rutland Cycling Leicester to see if they could bail me out of a jam.
Fantastic service, a wonderful greeting and treatment, a short diagnosis and service and my sons bike is ready to roll. Can’t thank these guys enough.

Rutland Cycling kindly kept hold of my wife's new bike so that I could surprise her on her birthday and she was bowled over! Joe did a brilliant job in making the necessary adjustments and talking her through the bike and the Everards Meadow site was superb for a test ride. Cannot recommend this store, its staff and its location enough :)

I took my broken up Norco downhill bike to Ruck-land cycle Leicester. It took a bit of sorting out, but they did a brilliant job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Could not recommend these guys enough. They saved the day when my son couldn't go on a bike ride as we had forgotten his helmet. They went over and above to make sure he felt really special and took the time to listen to him talk about his adventure.

Reserved my daughter's bike there for Christmas and Jack, who was very helpful, sized my child up for her first bike.

They're storing the bike there until closer to Christmas as I don't have space for storage.

Josh was excellent with me, as were the rest of the staff. Listened to my needs and wants, and advised on bikes suitable. Didn't let me over-buy. Went in thinking that I wanted a low-end Stumpy, but rode away a high-end Rockhopper. I am not disappointed.

Huge thanks go to Steph Brooks at this store. I purchased two e - bikes but had significant problems with one of them. Steph went out if his way to help & managed to get a settlement to go towards another bike which I’ve now got from Rutland. I cannot thank him enough, professional, helpful, genuine and sincere describe this gent. His colleagues, Mike, Ciaran & Jack were also so helpful setting up my new bike & assisting with the app & registration process. Thanks to all, just brilliant service .

Dealt with Josh at Leicester when the bike arrived in store. He was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, he set the bike up for me making slight adjustments to seat position etc, as he wanted me to be comfortable with my riding position. He then allso advised with accessories and clothing, a really knowledgeable member of the team. Would thoroughly recommend Rutland Cycling.

Having had a few bad experiences with bike shops I had finally found a local shop I could trust to take care of my bike bike and trust what they advised.

Unfortunately, recently they closed down and I was left not knowing where to go. I called a few shops for a last minute appointment to get my gears indexed with no luck.

However, Rutland cycles fosse park advised they could get me in and to turn up during opening hours and they would have a look. I dropped the bike off and went for a walk and a drink and returned an hour or so later. My bike was brought out to me and explained it needed a couple of minor tweaks and it was good to go.

When I asked how much and got my card out to pay, I was advised it only took a minute and there was no charge…. There are few genuine business’s around that operate like this, however a bigger chain like Rutland really surprised me. I was treated professionally and my bike handed back fully indexed and ready to arrive. I will definitely be back in the future!

Absolutely fantastic service from the Repairs Team today at Everards Meadows Fosse Park. Took my sons bike in to fix/change a rear bike cable. He did it whilst we waited was very polite and helpful. Fantastic prices too. Wouldn't hesitate to go again. Thank you.

I've been several times for different reasons and the service has always been knowledgeable and excellent. My kids have got bike helmets here, they've attended learn to ride sessions and most recently the fantastic Ciaran has helped me with a puncture on my bike. Thank you!
