I’d like to say a massive thank you to Vince who travelled 3 hours to fix my car. He totally understood the frustration of having car trouble as a Driving Instructor. He was very helpful and efficient, I’m very grateful that he went out of his way to help even when he wasn’t feeling his best. I’m happy with CA’s customer service having been so helpful and supportive from first contact. My car was dealt with 24 hours after the fault appeared; I know that’s not always possible but I felt like they made it their priority to get me back on the road. Thursday was stressful but my Friday’s been made easy. Thank you Vince and CA!

Can't recommend CA Cars enough. I've been with them since 2011, starting with leasing the cars and only switching to purchasing this car as I intend to keep it for some time. Whether leasing or purchasing I find dealing with these guys really easy; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In terms of value for money, this particular model would have been over £20K from the Toyota dealer (and that was just the car, no duals fitted), from CA Cars it was £1699.00 with duals fitted. I will definitely be doing business with CA Cars for the foreseeable future.

Clutch on my Focus went on Monday 3 July and with full calendar with tests & lessons booked in, panic! Fords quoting a date of 23 August. This is when Joe and the service team stepped up. Loan car delivered on Tuesday and clutch repaired on Friday. When your business is your car you need the best support behind you.

Very, very good pricing at usually very good service. Had the misfortune to have my new car written off after only 10 months, insurance offered only £2000 less after 22,000 miles, depreciation worked out less than a second hand car!

Just over 9 years ago the driving instructor lease company i was with (go instruct) went bust. Leaving me very little time to find an alternative. A colleague suggested I try C A Cars. Who acted so swiftly and professionally in supporting me, I was able to continue with very little disruption to my business. Then the support they gave me throughout COVID was fantastic. I can't recommend Dee and the team highly enough.
Today I left the industry and I can genuinely say that C A Cars don't just lease car's to driving instructors, they support your business.

Have never used CA cars before but was looking at buying a new car and decided to give them a call. Thankfully I did. I spoke to Deborah who was very helpful and told me all the information I needed she was not pushy at all which I liked.. I decided to go ahead with buying the car and everything ran very smoothly from start to finish. We agreed a date for delivery but in the meantime my current car broke down and it needed a new engine. I contacted Deborah and asked if I could possibly get the car earlier. She went above and beyond to sort this out for me and managed to get it to me earlier. Communication throughout was fantastic and the whole experience was totally stress free. I will certainly be going back to Deborah and Ca cars when I next need a new car.

I arranged my car purchase through Deborah at CA Cars. She made everything very easy for me, I knew exactly where we were in the procedure at all times and she also told me what documentation to supply to have the purchase approved and concluded. Absolutely pain free and on the day of collection, the car was waiting, spic and span, for the journey back to Scotland. Very happy with the car and with CA Cars, I'd recommend to anyone.

The whole experience with CA Cars was absolutely brilliant, I cannot fault them in anyway. The team was fully supportive of my needs and requirements. My husband and I picked up our new Peugeot 3008 last week, and couldn't be more pleased with it. It's a great car with a really good spec, and at a fantastic price.

We’d been looking for a particular model of car for a while and found the perfect one at Cars at Trade. We travelled from Norwich to test drive and decided to purchase. Leo, our salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. When driving it home, we realised the air conditioning needed a regas. I emailed Leo, he replied straight away gave us the name of a local garage and told us they would pay if we sent the invoice over to them. We booked it in, forwarded the bill and Cars at Trade transferred the money to me the same day! Excellent service, would highly recommend. Thank you Leo :)

5* customer service. Leo helped us with our new car. Very professional and friendly throughout. A wonderful car that is just what we was looking for at a very reasonable price. It was taken in to the body shop due to a small scratch that they had noted and came out looks fabulous. Thank you very much all at cars at trade.
