After the headache of trying to book with other local companies, Paull's was refreshingly simple and transparent with pricing! The website was easy to use and my booking was confirmed via email in 3 minutes! Upon collection the team were friendly and professional and the van was brand new and working perfectly! Couldn't recommend this company more and will use them again!

Great service from Paull's Vehicle Rental. I got a quote online and then called to book. The lady on the phone was very polite and efficient. There is no push for you to buy extras. Normal excess on cars is £1000 but I paid the extra £10 a day to reduce this to £250. When collecting the car it was all easy and the vehicle was ready and clean. Sign some paperwork and you are shown round the car and away you go. Make sure you take your driving licence, proof of address and DVLA check code although they can sort this on the day if you haven't already done it. You will need your NI Number for this. The car was in excellent condition. The car is supplied with a full tank of fuel and you return with the same. Returns process is very easy and simple too. They will give the car a quick check and give you back your £250 deposit back. Overall a fantastic service and great prices. I will definitely be using Paull's again. I'd highly recommend them.

Great Van rental experience hired from Friday afternoon through to Saturday afternoon. Being open for returns all day Saturday saved me money not having to hire for the whole weekend. The pricing was brilliant but wasn’t sure what type or age of vehicle I’d get for that money. Was absolutely delighted to be issued with a brand new Ford Transit hybrid. Everyone I dealt with was happy, friendly and efficient. As good an experience you can have hiring a van. Great value, great quality product fantastic service no hassle no problems would not hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend for others to use.

Great service and very good prices! First time I’ve used Paulls and got a brand new van for the day. It was easy to pick up my van hire and returning the van was also easy. Following a quick check, my deposit was refunded immediately with no problems. Highly recommend!

I hired a car for a short break to Cornwall. Really friendly great customer service, Quick and easy and no fuss when booking the car over the phone and so helpful when being showed around the car. The car was perfect, (very posh!) and such excellent value for money. Deposit was only £250 and I had that returned only 2 days after bringing the car back. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you.

Brilliant service! I was a bit apprehensive about using these guys as their prices are massively cheaper than other rental companies (it cost £50 for a LWB van for 1 day whereas Enterprise wanted £135!!!!) but I have to say everything from the van to the customer service was fantastic and I was really surprised! I would absolutely recommend these guys. Very friendly and the lady on the reception was really helpful. The deposit was also refunded into my bank instantly.

We used Paull's Vehicle Rental on 2 occasions in the past month and I cannot recommend this company enough! We hired a Luton Van and the service from start to finish was brilliant.

The ladies at the front of the office are really polite and kind and have brilliant customer service. We had to make an amendment to our booking and there were no questions asked.

What an amazing rental company. Picked up an Extra Long Wheel Base Van for my flat move, and it fitted everything in perfectly. The vehicle was in immaculate condition, the handover was swift with no waiting. I always use Paull's Vehicle Rental, the staff are so lovely and the service is second to none.
