Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Leicester South

After a shocking experience with Europcar this company have restored my faith in good, old fashioned customer service. A warm, friendly welcome when I collected the vehicle. An incredibly fair damage policy (far better than anyone else I've rented with) and then a slick returns process. Going to be using these guys from now on.

It was an easy process to get a quote and book the vehicle online. The SUV was to a high standard, new, low mileage and clean. All the staff were very friendly. A special mention to Emily who was very thorough and explained everything. The £200 debit card deposit was quickly refunded on return.

Super service from Enterprise. Ellie was great at sorting me out with a Van for the day and at a great price too.

She is an Asset to the company and would highly recommend you speak to her with your Van/Car rental needs.

I had a Ford focus. It was brand new and with a very good spec. I had a small issue with the branch, not the car, but the manager quickly resolved the issue for me and was friendly. Great service

Brilliant service both times I’ve used them in the space of 2 weeks. They came to pick me up from work, showed me everything in the car to make sure I was happy! I changed the car the second time at the last minute to an auto as I was abit nervous with the Manual and didn’t like it which was no trouble at all. I just had to pay a little extra but was given a discount. I was slightly nervous driving a hire car as never done it before but was reassured. Everything was done very smoothly and quickly. I was dropped home after giving back the vehicle which was extremely helpful too. Service from Julia & her colleague were brilliant, very friendly, polite & professional. Highly recommend thank you for a pleasant experience.

Fantastic service from Enterprise from start to finish. Make sure you check the car and take photos before the rental. They also offer a pick up and drop off service from Sytner BMW which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Customer service on the phone and in person is absolutely great. Another triumph in the Empire of Enterprise. Small in stature, big on service. Always great to hire from Enterprise but, dare I say it? Alright, quietly. This could be the smiliest branch yet. Grins and joviality all round. Even at very first thing in the morning and me traipsing my grotty work gear right across their welcoming carpet.

Amazing experience with this place, amazing, positive and helpful team over there.
I have received courtesy car from them and to be honest I thought I will not be taken as a customer but just quick pass the car and f@#¡ off attitude but I was wrong.
What I have experienced was top quality help really warm cheerful attitude, after a while had little issue with the car which was fixed and next day I still received visit from one of the members of staff at my address with new car, and was explained that they just pop down to change my car just in case (also received upgrade 😜)!
I would strongly recommend this place for anybody who need to rent a car for any period of time. No stress, no hustle, pleasant and helpful team!!!

Had a courtesy car through my insurance, all was sorted, i didn't have to pay a penny, they were very efficient, professional and easy. The car provided was pretty new however smelt like someone had smoked in it before a few times and it had embedded in the fabric.

I was given a fantastic service, after dropping the car off, a very kind employee (I cant remember his name but he was lovely! Young and loves LCFC) gave me a lift to the garage where i could pick my new car up. I was very grateful because it was raining and also a trek!!

Easy to book, friendly & helpful staff, clean & efficient vehicle.

Scheduled a car rental a few weeks prior to my arrival, Enterprise emailed me and kept me up to date. Zaine showed me the car when I arrived and was very friendly and polite ; asked me about my trip and even gave me suggestions on things I should do in the area. Car was super clean inside and out and nice to drive. Thanks again for everything Zaine.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the vehicles on offer and helpful advice given prior to booking a hire vehicle. Great section of vehicles at reasonable rates.
They also offer a delivery/collection service although I did not know this at the time.
The vehicles are well maintained and clean, practically new looking at some in the forecourt. They also offer a loyalty scheme if you regularly hire vehicles from them. Highly recommend this company to others.
