Well Pharmacy

This pharmacy is the best, the staff will go out of their way to help. I changed to this pharmacy another local pharmacy and have not regretted it. Excellent service and staff.

I walk past other chemist to go here, always helpful always have time to help, great team.

They've been pretty good for the most part, they even said to me to drop the script there as it's quicker than taking it to the doctors. How helpful and convenient I thought! But I've had problems recently, and today was the last straw.

First I went down to pick up my meds one Saturday, knowing the short opening hours as I'd checked the night before. I'd dropped my repeat in on the Monday as I usually work crazy hours, the rude little woman behind the counter said after I'd asked why I'm there, that I should really hand my script in at least a week otherwise it won't be ready even though it's been ready in far less time every other time I've done it! So she heads into the back and potters around for a few minutes. She comes back out to me, "oh, you're lucky! It's here!" in a tone that would be more suited to a petulant teen-ager! Oh, am I? I thought to myself! Great customer service there!

Today, again handed my script in on Monday, I pop in to pick it up just before it closes at 6pm on the off chance it may be ready, but fully expecting it not to be and I'll have to try again in the morning, but no "there's nothing here for you" said the exact lady I'd handed it to on Monday. "Give the doctor a ring and see if they've had it." Hmm, ok I thought. So I call the doctor. They haven't received my script. Odd I thought. What's going on? I go back in to the pharmacy to tell them. The lady in charge comes and tells me that they send the scripts with a driver up to the doctor to get signed. I say they haven't got it. A lot of shoulder shrugs ensue and I'm not given a reasonable answer. So where are my and my daughter's scripts? The ones with sensitive data, like names, addresses, dates of birth, needed medication?! Time for a change I think! Awful service!! 👍👋

Lost my prescription. Nothing more to be said

Moved to the area a few months ago, the most unrealiable pharmacy I've ever been to. Always have to check with the doctors after going to the pharmacy for the doctors to tell them they've received the prescriptions a week or more in advance. This happens that often that the doctors keep a file for records for this pharmacy. They've never once got either repeat prescriptions right and is always a fight to get somewhere with the incompetent staff. Spent over an hour on my birthday trying to get a prescription for my heavily pregnant, diabetic partner. Shows how unhelpful and how disorganized and badly run the pharmacy is. Would rather go out of the way for a decent service. Will not return

Have my medications in blister packs nd delivered to my home this is the third time ive had no meds to take on monday including heart failure medication because yet again you failed to deliver, i was lied to twice on friday and saturday by the staff telling me it was on its way, going to take this further

Completely ingnoring their phonecalls it says hold if its an emergency then they either cut you off or leave it ring and its all bexause they forgot 2 items on my mums prescription useless

Absolutely no idea how to run a business, it was fine as a co-op, now its everybody's fault bar theirs. I don't normally post reviews and they do not rate the one star given

Do not accept Randox PCR test sample !

Totally useless place to get your meds whoever is in charge needs sacking
