Kwik Fit - Leicester - Wigston

I went to Wigston Kwik Fit today with a puncture I was asked to bring the car down within the hour. I was seen straight away the staff were so helpful. They did everything they could’ve to get me back on the road as soon as possible.
This is the 3rd time I have used this branch in the last few months and I am always so pleased with the service they provide and customer service from all the guys there is great 👍

Your price was competitive. You were open on a Sunday. I was greeted by friendly and welcoming employee (Pav) who cared enough about his work and the experience of the customer that he showed me what was wrong with a defective tyre that I'd driven in with. I was offered a free wheel alignment check. Cynically, I expected the alignment check would tell me I needed more work done and I would be pressured into paying inflated price for unnecessary wheel alignment. This was not the case!

I recently found myself in a bit of a bind when I discovered that my tire had a puncture. Knowing that I needed it fixed as soon as possible, I turned to Kwik Fit for help. I was pleasantly surprised by their exceptional service and would like to share my experience.

Firstly, I was welcomed with a smile and a warm greeting from the young lad who attended to me. He listened patiently to my problem and promptly booked my car in for repair. He provided me with clear and concise information on the range of options available to fix the puncture, giving me a fair and honest assessment of what could be done. This was refreshing to see from someone so young and I appreciated his friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

When I returned to collect my car, the manager on duty greeted me with the same warmth and helpfulness I had experienced earlier. He took the time to walk me through the repairs and showed me the exact spot where the puncture had been located. His willingness to go the extra mile and his eagerness to assist was so refreshing, and I left the garage feeling confident in the work that had been carried out.

To top it all off, I was extremely impressed by the competitive price, which was much lower than some of the other local garages I had called. Kwik Fit was very reasonable, and the fact that they provided amazing customer service on top of their competitive prices made it an all-around great experience.

Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending Kwik Fit to anyone looking for reliable and reasonably priced tire repair services. The younger lad and the manager on duty provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations and left me feeling genuinely appreciative. I would have no hesitation in returning to them for future car-related issues and repairs. Thank you, Kwik Fit, for the fantastic service!

Quick & efficient service as usual. I had an issue with one of the discs and one of the staff members there really helped me out and did a fantastic job at sorting the issue and was just a really nice guy. Thank you Usman!

The staff was extremely helpful, had a blown tyre and without an appointment they replaced for me even though they was extremely busy,

Absolutely top lads at this branch, needed a tyre sorting asap as I had my spare on after having to have it put on to go replace my windscreen.
Dropped in and sorted it on the spot as only had an hour to get back to be able to have my windscreen done the same day for the appointment.
Can't fault the effort and customer service at this branch and thank them very much for making a less stressful day than it was...👍🏾

Guys do a great job. Every time I’ve been in sorted punctures etc and prices very reasonable compared to other local garages. Competition often don’t stock tyres you need or can’t fix punctures due to their basic kit but this local Kwik fit is excellent.

The reason I have given above rating as my MOT appointment was at 10:00 so I didn’t had wait at all. Also the service and the staff welcome was really great.

Usman and the team are always a pleasure to deal with. My car required some alignment work after a suspension arm change. Usman managed to fit me in even though the depot was busy. It is rare these days to find someone with Usman's customer service and technical skills.

It was easy to book, the appointment time was convenient and tha car was MOT’d promptly and efficiently.

Good experience. Pain free. Staff went the extra mile in obtaining the tyre i wanted and fitting it super quick.

Staff went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my car was safe to drive.
