I needed an emergency fix on my car and my normal mechanic was very busy and recommended Wigston Garage. I felt confident immediately, since my mechanic would never recommend someone he would not use himself. So, I took the plunge. I took my car to them and to my delight they told me to leave it with them and they would give me a quote over the phone. The attitude of Charlotte and Nicky was excellent, you feel you are in a family environment when you step in. Once I got the call, I gave them the go ahead to do the car. The next day my car was ready by the afternoon. I was well impressed. A day later I had a little issue with the car, I took it in and they resolved it within 2 hours. Their attitude from the point I stepped in to when I took the car was second to none. I think I have found my perfect maintenance garage for my car.

First time using Wigston Garage last week and I will definitely be back there next time I need something doing. Great service, super friendly, quick and efficient.
I took my car in for an MOT and service, all done within a couple of hours, and as extra bits needed sorting, it was swiftly booked in for straight after the bank holiday. Again, all repairs done quickly and efficiently, and ready to be collected later that day.

This garage is amazing they are very honest and reliable. Today one of my vans suspension springs snapped, I turned up late morning on what was clearly a busy day. By 430pm fixed and back on the road. The best garage by far I have ever used.

I cannot thank the team enough. I had an issue with my front break pads/discs that needed replacing asap as I’m a driving instructor and had multiple tests booked in the coming days.
I called in on the off chance and was greeted with a super friendly face and an instant response and sympathetic to the situation I was in. Parts were instantly ordered and I was booked in first thing the next day.
By 9:30 the next day all was fixed as promised.
Fantastic service and a competitive price.
Will definitely use the garage again.

Had an amazing experience with all of the team, so refreshing to come into a garage where you are put at complete ease by the two lovely women on reception. Can’t fault any of the lads (mechanics) at the garage either, super swift and never rip you off considering I’m a girl with very little knowledge on cars. Talked me through everything and reassured me that all would be fine by the end of the day- which it was! Thanks guys x

Wigston Garage provided an excellent service diagnosing and fixing my car's engine light issue. They quickly identified the problem, ordered the original part, and fitted it promptly. Their professionalism and commitment to quality were outstanding. Highly recommend for reliable car repairs!

An extremely good experience. Charlotte was very personable which instantly put me at ease. Front brake discs and pads price was cheaper than I had been quoted from a commercial garage nearby. Communication was excellent. This will be my new local garage.

Best garage I’ve ever used won’t go anywhere else I’ve used wigston garage for about 2 years now and the fact they are 35 mins away from me should speak for itself.

I’ve just had my wet belt done on my Ford transit custom and would recommend these guys to everyone, they have done a great job as well as putting my mind at ease.

The staff are also spot from the guys in the workshop to the reception staff all friendly and happy to help you with any advice or questions you have.

Fantastic experience! From my call to them this morning to picking up my car in the afternoon. I found the staff, both Nicky and Charlotte, very professional and polite. Both of these ladies were warm and welcoming and the garage staff serviced and repaired my car all on the same day. I didnt know you could still get grsat service like this! First visit to Wigston Garage for my M.O.T and they were brilliant. Charlotte who works in the office was amazing she even came out to me in the rain as I wasn’t sure where to leave my car and had my baby with me! Everyone was really friendly and it was done whilst I waited. Charlotte even walked me and my baby to the car under an umbrella! Car passed with no advisories! Great place and will 100% use Wigston Garage again.

This is the 1st time that iv used this garage and was blown away by their customer service. I googled the nearest garage to me and just randomly gave them a call to see if they could fix my suspension. By the time I got off the phone, the part had been ordered and I was told to bring my car in and it will get fixed within the hour! What a turn around! Very impressed! Keep up the good work!

Alway reliable and trustworthy.Truthful and honest opinion. Have been taking my car for service and repairs well before the Garage started. Have known Lucky for a long time . Brilliant person and brilliant service. Staff all pleasant and very friendly.
