Enquired about a headgasket failure on my E46 M3 - Rahul was so informative and explained what work needed to be carried out. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and provided pictures during each step. His knowledge is unbelievable and I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. My car is now back up and running and drives like a dream. Definitely the best place for M cars in the UK. 10/10 in every department!

I went to rs automotive to diagnose a potential engine failure.
Rahul was very professional, welcoming and re assuring throughout the whole process, he explained in detail the issue with my engine and helped me source a replacement engine due to the damage being beyond repair.
He looked after my car as if it was his own and gave me constant updates.
Rahul picked up on some other issues which were from previous used garages and rectified those free of charge out of goodwill.
My car now runs perfectly and I haven’t had a single issue since. I will be returning for any future work. Thank you for a great service.

RS Automotive have been maintaining and servicing my 3 cars (c-class, m3 and mini) for the past 12 months or so. Every visit we are greeted with a smile, good technical knowledge and competitive pricing. Today’s task was to diagnose a minor electrical fault with the c-class. Have trusted RS Automotive for many years with my vehicles. They took my M140i recently to fit Bilstein B16 coilovers. Whilst in they set the ride height and set the dampers up for my needs (track days and fast road use). The car was very well balanced and drives much better now. Will be going back for servicing and further chassis modifications. Their knowledge has been very helpful and have pointed me in the direction of next mods to pursue my goal for this build. 100% recommended for general maintenence work and modifications.

Great experience as a first time customer. I've been reluctant to go anywhere but Sytner but having been there a couple times and they couldn't recognise what the knocking noise was I tried R. Within 10 mins I get a phone call telling me the issue and was resolved within a couple hours. Will be going back to get my discs and pads done. Also, Rahul was kind enough to fit a spoiler on for me on my 4 series.

Where to start? After visiting other garages who had a look over and gave me a price I bought my car here on a recommendation. Listened to what I had to say systematically looked at everything then ran a diagnostics. Looked and analysed values Of live data. Then changed the parts. Rahul at RS Automotive supplied and fitted lowering springs and spacers on my m4. The work carried out at RS was perfect and my car was looked after properly (because I can be funny about my paintwork). I will be returning and recommending.

Took my C63 there for new brake discs and pads, recommended me better pads then I was originally going to get. I’ve since taken all my family cars there, good, honest mechanic!
