I think most of the reviews are based on the old ownership which has since changed. The new owners are polite and helpful

Zero respect for customers. I was sending abroad a card for my parents Golden Anniversary. I've asked if International Standard takes same time as Tracked one. Instead of simply answer i was forced to listen to "the class" without getting answer to my question. When I said that I'm in rush to work and only want to know time it takes for my letter to reach destination this bossy woman became aggressive and angry. After I paid I wanted to put it in the post box by myself, she refusedto give me my letter without returning my receipt, then she took the card, follded in half and threw it on the post box. She just spoiled such beautiful occasion as Golden Anniversary by destroying beautiful card. I just want to cry.

Terrible service, wouldn't give me a little tape said I had to buy a full roll, just wanted to send a letter and he had tape behind there, just poor customer service, anything for a penny 👎

nightmare! Told me my first payment of special delivery didn't go through! I checked my online banking and he's charged me twice! He's absolutely rude, waiting times are awful and then you get charged twice! I will NEVER go back there!!!! BE WARNED!

Most rude, ignorant pig of a man I have ever had the misfortune to serve me, felt like taking my parcels and telling him to shove it. Certainly do not deserve to have the receipts just flicked across the counter at me, If it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a business. Will never call there again. Can't post a review without ticking one star, shame cannot give a negative

I sent my Son down to the post office with a free post parcel asking him to get me a proof of posting receipt, he charged my Son £3, when told it was free post, the man at the post office said "we don't do free post"!? my Son paid the £3 thinking that maybe i had made a mistake, i hadn't, i checked over the receipt ready to go back there and explain the situation then realised that the £3 charge was not included on my receipt! what could i do? it was my Sons word against his.

Most horrible man ever there he refused access to me and my service dog I need her as I suffer with extreme panic attacks and I also have a heart condition
