I went last minute to take a printout. The owner helped me to take it quickly without any problems. They almost closed the shop but they help me. The staff always very helpful to attend to customers. Delightful service as always by the staff and owner. Thank you so much

Amazing post office with fantastic customer service and a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. All post office staff are helpful and knowledgeable and go above and beyond to serve every customer. A great range of stationery available that many post offices don’t offer. A wonderful range of products on the shop side including several items i haven’t seen before. Clean, tidy and presentable. Nice to know that it’s family ran and it’s evident that the team work well together. The only post office i use and will continue to do so!

Best Post Office I've known,all staff are superb and have a laugh with them most days. Some staff I've known a long while, Kiera and Shivani less,but they're just great as I usually get served by them most of the time.

I have a online mail order company selling CDs & vinyl records, so i'm in there 6 days a week, sometimes twice a day.
They are always polite and cheerful, Well done to all of the staff.

I have used this post office daily for many years. All the staff are superb and work really hard. During the pandemic they provided a real life line to people whilst other branches were closed.

I was surprised to see a 1* review left by one person which was completely disingenuous. I was behind this particular lady who was trying to bend post office rules and scam post office insurance. Unhappy staff would not comply with her unreasonable requests she has gone on to leave false reviews.

It's hard enough to earn a living without such nonesense. If you want quality customer service try Knighton Fields Post office.

Great staff, super helpful. I used the wrong QR code to post a parcel, but didn’t realise until I’d left. Next morning they dug it out for me and corrected my mistake. Thanks to Julie and Carole service with a smile!!

Visited today for the first time. I wanted to change some details re the status of my car. I was unsure of what was required. The member of staff who dealt with me could not have been more helpful. He put me at ease and made sure that everything was done correctly. I was very impressed with his knowledge and all round customer service skills. Whilst in the building I had a look at the general store side of the buiness. Everywhere was very clean and the store was well stocked with reasonably priced items
