I had a problem with my climate control. I contacted Shorts who said to call in and they would have a look. They quickly found the fault and I was back on the road within the hour. Quick service with a smile. I would recommend them.

Shorts took on a job that none of my local garages were willing to take on.
They solved and fixed my diesel injector issues within a few days.
The professional, yet non committal, telephone manner made me a little uncertain however the work speaks for itself and I found them personable and friendly when I went to collect.

Quick efficient service, changed my headlight bulbs with no issues even though it was a bumper off job. Very reasonable prices. A+

Did a fantastic job getting the clutch sorted on my daughters car, they also found a jammed caliper and replaced the pads and discs. Done very quickly and the cost was surprisingly inexpensive.

These negative reviews are basically nonsense, most if not negative ones never had any work done there, This is a very professional Garage and more to the point did a great job on my 300tdi diesel pump and we are mechanical engineers ourselves, however when diesel pumps go it’s best let people like shorts do it for us and refurbish or fix the diesel pump. (they know there trade very well indeed)

They are reasonabke with VAT too (VAT has to paid simple) its our government that put it on and anyone who says they are expensive are laughable reviews we at RJ 4x4 in Bridgend as well other garages use shorts, Stuart is very knowledgeable, polite, professional and incredibly all round highest standard garage.

Shorts have millions of pound machines and only use the best, they are no cowboy outfit as I read, people get a bee in there bonnet as they refuse work, they take their work very seriously and are an extremely busy garage, a busy garage is a good garage!!!! and been around for over 40 years in business which proves it all, a garage being business that long shows they are above excellent

This is a family run business and they pride themselves of being one of the best. There a lot of reviews on here about phone calls no doubt rival garages putting up negative feedback which is disgusting and untrue and most even had work done here.
