Peaceful and so much wildlife. It was so good exploring the trail and the landscape when I went. Only improvement would be more entertainment but other than that, really good here. Perfect place if you want to have a peaceful walk, even with your dogs, or maybe a bike ride. You also learn a lot about the history of Parc Slip and the mining disaster in 1892. It's really pretty here.

Absolutely love taking the dogs walking here, different walks such as the fox trail and pretty carvings as you walk by. No fee but at the end you can give a donation towards the up keep.

What an amazing place! Parc Slip is a must visit place for everyone, the views are incredible, especially the bird viewing boxes.
The memorial is lovely, and perfectly captures the need to remember our miners.
Dog friendly and a great cafe too!

Great wildlife area, easily marked paths and a decent cafe at the end of a walk. Car park is free but accepts donations.

First time visiting today. The cafe was extremely busy and the ladies who are working there were very friendly even though they were constantly none stop. Had a nice cup cake and cuppa. Lovely walk in the sunshine.
Accessibility - We met some people who were attempting to walk a route but they had a 'walker' and a manual wheelchair and they were struggling.

Very friendly, very clean, toilets, and a wonderful cafe, food was delicious along with the coffee and hot chocolates for the kids. Burger or corned beef plait with some salad £8.50 and panini’s from £5 to kids meals from £4 very good value for the cakes and drinks also. And to top it off you have amazing walks around the centre to burn off the extra cake you’ll want to have cause they are all looking amazing.

Had a very good day birdwatching from the hides set up here. Also admiring the wild orchids in bloom around the pathways.

Lovely walk and there has been lots of work done around the slip since my last visit. Bumped into some Highland cattle that were roaming freely.
