Hallcross Dental Practice

This was not my preferred choice for my son's braces due to distance from home but we are so glad we chose here. Cassie and Mike were always friendly, welcoming and professional. After a years treatment his teeth look perfect and he now has retainers to maintain them. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice, excellent service all round.

I moved to Hallcross Dental a few years ago and have never looked back! Although I was unable to register as an NHS patient, I visited Habib who has been absolutely incredible. He makes the dentist trip fun and cheers you up, even when you need to have a tooth out! 😂 best dentist ever!!!!! Thank you so much

Only just recently registered to this dentist as an NHS patient. Can't recommend enough. Adam was absolutely lovely. Im a very anxious patient and can have panic attacks. He was very patient helped to calm me down and explained everything he was doing and made sure i was comfortable through out.

Always have great service by the dentists and the dental hygienists here. Polite, professional and do a great job in my experience.

I can't fault this dental practice. I had a great experience. The staff were all friendly and I was welcomed with a smile, they also made me feel at ease during my appointment. Dr Ahmed was very professional and explained everything clearly, and I felt like he really took the time to understand my needs and concerns. The injection was painless and quick!.
I would highly recommend Dr Ahmed to anyone looking for a new dentist, you won't be disappointed.

First visit and very impressed, very helpful and friendly, didn't feel too anxious which is a first for me.

I have always had a fear of dentists after a very bad experience when I was a child, it resulted in me missing appointments and not wanting to see anyone. I found Hallcross by chance when they were taking on NHS patients recently, I was very anxious to go to the appointment but forced myself. Naheem has been amazing, he put me at ease straight away. During the next appointment I was having work done and he and his assistant provided constant reassurance and explained everything to me throughout the procedures. I went back for a checkup today, no anxiousness and completely at ease, plus the course of treatment Naheem put me on has increased the health of my gums and teeth! Naheem and his assistants have always been very friendly, empathetic and reassuring! I am very pleased to have found a dentist who cares and takes time to explain everything to reassure! The complete opposite to the previous dentists who have no empathy and don't care how a male adult feels!

I chose Hall Cross because of the testimonials. I’m so glad I did. No hard selling, no pushing to sign up. But I did and I’m absolutely delighted. I've just got home from my first proper check-up in years. Naheem was who I saw and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to him. He was so kind, honest but not horrible or too harsh, put me at ease, explained everything clearly and was just generally really lovely. I have severe mental health issues and a big fear of the dentist. I was so worried about coming because I struggle with self-care and my diet is not the greatest. The damage to my teeth is nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be. Have an appointment for some fillings next week and to have my mouth guard sorted. So thank you Naheem and of course the other lovely staff working with him today. Really really grateful. I will be taking his advice and trying my best to get into a better routine/diet. Trying to improve my health anyways (as struggling with a lot of issues at the moment) and need to remember that my teeth need care too!

I chose to use hallcross dentist for my gold implant because I had numerous prices from different dentist and hallcross was by far one of the cheapest, that doesn't mean the quality wasn't good because honestly quality service is all you get from them in all.manners whether it's communication,reception or the job itself is top notch I am over the moon with the end result as I also had my teeth whitened, jeevan (jay) is a great man at his job and is also nice to speak to and talks you through every step of the way. So a big thanks mate and I seriously recommend this place you won't regret using them .

Another excellent experience at Hallcross! A huge chunk of my filling fell out this afternoon. I telephoned the practice at 2pm, after explaining the situation an appointment was made for 2.40pm with Shena. Shena was lovely, she was so friendly and reassuring, she explained the temporary filling procedure and took time to ensure it was comfortable and inline with my lower tooth.

I can't thank you enough, the service and friendliness of the whole team is exceptional!

Had a wonderful experience with Hallcross today, after searching for NHS dentists without much luck I found that Hallcross were indeed taking new patients, allowing me to book online for a starter appointment in a few days.
I also booked an emergency appointment for the same day and was not charged private fee as I had expected I would be, but the usual NHS fee. The dentist was also excellent, putting fears of an abcess to rest. Highly recommended - great to see that NHS dentistry is still available.
