Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Wigston

Great bunch of ladies who went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The receptionists are fantastic ladies from the minute we walked in to the minute we left they were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

The ladies doing the test were very thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and caring.

Customer service all round was top notch which isn't always easy to find!

Never had an eye test before but would definitely recommend going to this branch in wigston :)

Really good yesterday 28th September 24. Went for ear Wax Removal. Staff were brilliant and really looked after me. Had a nice calm and open feel inside. The young lady in particular who looked after me was just lovely. I have been to other specsavers, and they could learn a lot from this particular outlet. 5*

I went for an eye test and as soon as I walked in I felt welcome. Sakina initially done my eye test and was really lovely and made me feel comfortable she was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I then chose out some glasses with assistance so I knew what I needed, I was seen by Holly to finalise everything and make the purchase she was as lovely as everyone else in the store and made me feel comfortable explaining everything I needed to know before I paid. Would 100% recommend this store they have brilliant customer service and make you feel welcome! Thank you :)

I had excellent professional help and advice from Amina at the Wigston branch. Thank you very much, I love my sun glasses, gutted I lost a pair on holiday!

Staff were curteous and helpful.

The service I had with Wigston Specsavers, was excellent . Every one was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to Specsavers they look after you and find out what your needs are. If you have any concerns or worries they have the time to talk to you and listen to you, and they deal with you problem. I had a Cataract Surgery Operation. Wigston Specsavers were very good they answered all my questions and sorted out my glasses they checked my eyes the service I had, I cannot fault it. They are very good . Excellent I would recommend anyone to go to Specsavers.

The staff at specsavers wigston Leicester very friendly and helpful.
Was helpful in choosing frames with me and was given good advice right until I got my glasses. I brought 2 pairs of glasses from specsavers 1 for driving and 1 sunglasses

My daughter had injured her eye at school, I took her into specsavers, who she is a customer of, and they saw her straight away without having to book an appointment and checked her eye out for me. They also booked a follow up appointment to check that it is healing ok. Very impressed, thank you

New frames work really well thank you! Clear and the Polaroid lens has really reduced my headaches

The staff are so friendly and attentive. They always make my children feel relaxed and you're never kept waiting for more than a couple of minutes. Wouldn't go elsewhere!
