Lords Electrical

A great experience! We were looking for a new washing machine. We checked the website and found the video's so helpful. Many websites do not include details of the programmes which is what you're most interested in. The lady in the shop was so helpful, she gave us more info and even a card of a man should we want to try to repair our machine. After sleeping on it, we decided on a new machine and went back to Lords the next day. The man who served us was really nice, gave us a free pen and torch, which will be very useful. We left feeling very valued as customers and will definitely return for future purchases.

The washing machine was delivered today, the guys were really friendly, installed it, made sure it filled up correctly and advised how to use it. The service from start to finish has been brilliant - Thank you Lords Electrical!

Bought a stick vacuum online through Lords website. Excellent price and free courier delivery although we are quite some distance. Came within 48 hours, so altogether tip top service.

Telephoned before hand to see if they would except a cheque. Told them what HiFi wanted, they didn't have it in stock. They checked with Rugby Branch & arranged for one to be taken to them. Staff were friendly & helpful. A female member of staff was dealing with a difficult customer, she remained calm, patiently listening to him.

They didn't have what I wanted but the lady who looks after electrical was really helpful and came back to me quickly as promised. Good service like this is becoming very rare nowadays! Thanks again

Excellent service! We were badly let down by Curry's as our Freezer that was purchased less than 12 months ago from them went wrong today, I would definitely recommend Lords Electrical in South Winston. The Sales person was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond, would definitely recommend. Very reasonable prices!

We went to Lords when our washing machine broke down. They helped us choose a replacement and delivered it the same morning. This is an exceptional service, far better than other retailers. We can't fault Lords and will shop there in future

I've had mixed results dealing with ordering electronics online from various suppliers. When my Humax Satellite recorder failed I found it hard to source a new one as they are going out of production and there are no real alternatives at this time. I kept trying to buy one from people who claimed they could supply who then let me down or started trying to deliver ex display stuff. I contacted Lords who had what I wanted at a great price and very quick free delivery and they confirmed they were shipping new sealed stock. I arrived quickly and we got back to being able to watch satellite stations. Very pleased with such quick and professional service. Other companies could learn a thing or two from them!

Good old fashioned customer service, at its best. Had cleaners, washing machine, tv's, all with great prices and delivered if required. Lords make the big chains look inept. Unless you need a new oven at 7.45 pm, give these a try

I have used Lords a few times and always find them very helpful. The delivery men are good too they do not moan and install if needed.

I bough a Hotpoint washing in December.The expert advice helped me pick the exact one I needed.The washing machine is great and good value for money.The reason I have given Lords a 5 star rating, is the excellent service I received.I can not recommend this shop enough, please do not consider going anywhere else for electrical appliances.

Got my washing machine delivered today used it twice already nice and quite, two men delivered it nice polite and helpful.

As always good help, information & prices. we need more shops of different types brought back like this one oh! & was easy to park the car. Bernard

Always friendly and helpful, if it's not on display they can usually get it and can do good prices if asked.

Went to Lords Elecrical to look for a fridge freezer was in desperate need mine had broke, i purchased a new one and it was delivered within 2hrs in fact before i even got home , fantastic service the lady was lovely, says alot for shopping in your village shops 👍👍
